- Since you guys really enjoyed my PhotoPea tutorial, I wanted to make an updated video showing 20 PhotoPea tips and tricks beginners can use in 2021 to up their PhotoPea game. I LOVE PhotoPea because it a completely FREE photo editing software - and is a great free Photoshop alternative because you can do so many things with the software/ What’s also great is that Photo Pea is fully online and requires no download.
In this Photopea beginner’s guide, I will be showing you how you can use PhotoPea for different purposes, do things such as remove the background, change image text, create 3D Photos, leverage other tools you may not know about, and much, much more!

I love Photopea because it is a great photo editor as it is completely free, requires no download, and has a VERY similar UI to Photoshop. Additionally, you can even edit Photoshop files IN Photopea, so if you have any PSD files and templates that you want to edit, Photopea is a great free Photoshop alternative you can use.
I know a lot of you guys are starting your own TH-cam channels and businesses, and PhotoPea is a great free photo editor for editing images, as well as making graphics such as TH-cam thumbnails and banner for FREE. If you don’t have the money to buy Photoshop, it is worth the time to learn PhotoPea because I genuinely think it is the best free photo editing software. If you are learning PhotoPea, I really hope this beginners tips guide helps you out! :)

I’ve recently started using Photopea and have a few questions.
Is there a way to:
1. Change the color lines in a drawing after each shape is finished / closed? I tried finding ways after tracing images with the pen and brush tools, but can’t seem to find a way and no one has made a youtube tutorial.
2. Disconnect a shape drawn with the pen tool to erase or copy a piece? Eliminating anchor points keeps the shape conected.

hello how would you go about layering different photos that you have removed the background too and turning it into a single printable photo?
Is it possible to edit stuff over a video file? Or is it just image you can donstuff with? Currently trying out inkscape. But photopea seems like a much easier tool to use.

Hi great video, but you can creat multiple videos by doing all the steps separately in different video, that way a lot of people will pinpoint and learn the area they want to learn one step at a time

And one more - how did you make that there is your small video in the circle within the tutorial video in this tutorial? That looke really great. I think my students could use that! Thanks!
That was probably done in his video editor.
Basically you make a circle, scale the video footage up or down in order to fit inside said circle, and (optional) you can add a stroke and drop shadow to make it stand out.
There are plenty of TH-cam tutorials that explain in depth how to do it for any specific editing software. Just search for your particular software; it’s all the same process.
For Adobe Premiere Pro, you could use a Circle Mask around your footage but I find it harder to deal with. When I do this effect, I scale and position the footage where I want it, add the “Circle” effect, and adjust the size and parameters to match up with the clip.
Again, I like to add a colored stroke and drop shadow but that’s just aesthetics.

I don't understand how and why you're getting PSD, or Photoshop files. I plan to use Photopea as a replacement for Photoshop. Are Photoshop files, PSD files, saved that way in places outside of Photoshop? Like, is "PSD" file an ending, or suffix, like "JPEG?" I'm not sure that was clear....I'll think about it and see if I can come up with a better way of asking this

Hello . I have a question that I can't seem to get a correct answer to. I have got my head around the zoom tool but I still can't seem to get my head around what I am wanting to do. Basically, I am trying to isolate a section using magnetic lasoo so I can colour just that bit in without the colour spilling over to the rest of the image. I can't seem to get past the magnetic lasoo, I don't know how to isolate the shape once I've gone around it with the tool and can't keep the colour inside the boundary of the shape. Watching a lot of videos on TH-cam doesn't seem to help. Can someone?

So what would be the point of first converting something to a smart object and then rasterizing? Doesn't one cancel out the other? You do this all the time.

I like this video. However, I have to clarify that Photopea is not online, it's just browser-based that relies on your hardware. This means that it can work offline as well.

Am unable to change the font color in my psd file. Since it consists of layers which r deaign n not text am unable to do d dont change. Basically i want to make a watermark n make it transparent so trying to change everything into white. Am being able to only change the alphabet font into white and not the logo color as it is in layers. Is there a way i can send I my psd file and you do it for me please?
