I'm kind of sad there will be no more Christmas 2024 videos from Peg and Norm. I know I can always watch again but its just not the same sense of excitement and awe. It would be like unwrapping a gift and then rewrapping it and expecting to be surprised. Peg and Norm, you have outdone yourselves this year and spoiling us with so many fun videos. I am grateful, especially this year as I was not well enough to put out my big tree but only a 2ft tabletop one and just a few other decorations. I'm finally on the mend and am hopeful for a better year. Now back to your video, I am obsessed with the Egguery diorama. I would have loved to work on that Lee Wards kit. It is so beautiful. That Norm, he's a keeper, for sure, for surprising you Peg with such a sweet and heartfelt gift. How lucky are we viewers of your channel that you share your passion with us. I'm so glad you decided to share this last video. I started packing my Christmas tree and ornaments up yesterday and was feeling the holiday slump.😊 I'm always sad to put away the tree. This year I was able to talk my husband into putting the tree up about a week and a half before Thanksgiving and we did a Thanksgiving/Fall themed tree. I had always wanted to do that and been collecting things for years for it. After Thanksgivin it was a cinch to pack up and put up Christmas ornaments. Anyway was feeling the post holiday slump so was glad to see this video pop up. Thanks for all you do. I know it has to be a lot of work for the two of you putting up holiday decorations, filming, editing, taking them down and start all over for the next season. You two do such a fantastic job and are such an inspiration. You can tell you really love what you do. Happy 2025😊
The shelving in the chartreuse color is fantastic. Perfect choice and so retro looking. The plastic nativity set has to be the most ornate one that I've ever seen. I love it. I don't find very many vintage itemsin the thrift stores overseas. I think because they don't tend to go all outlike we do in the States. 😊 But I do find a few good things. I found one of those made in Italy nativity sets complete with box a few years ago. I watched it all season and then purchased it after Christmas for half price. I was so excited. Love your egg diorama. I remember when those kits were the bees knees. I had one grandmother that liked to do all those beaded and glued kits as a hobby. So much fun to see that you found one put together all ready. 😊
You have so many wonderful things that if I commented on all I would be writing a novel!😅. Your chartreuse shelf and items on it are very cute! I do really like the picture of the little children dragging the tree. I am always amazed by your energy and all that you and Norm accomplish. That paper behind the shelf is so perfect! Your deer picture is adorable! Last night before going to sleep, I was thinking of Heaven and wondering if they decorate to celebrate the birthday of Jesus. Can you imagine decorating with gold and diamonds? You will probably be on the decorating committee.😊. Happy New Year!
