    Yes - by far the most difficult part of the process is punching out the pin. My approach - apply penetrating oil several times over a 24hr period. Then, carefully try to punch out. If it does budge repeat the process over several days. Just have to be patient unfortunately if sand is in. Awesome video btw - the first few steps are also good for those who want to upgrade their old bars with a microloop. Thanks for sharing

    Great demo thanks. Something missing i wasn't sure about... where along the line should the plastic piece be pinched closed? A clue was on the old broken line: there's a clean inch marking this position so can trace this length out on the new piece.       about 60 to 62cm from the loop to the centre of the plastic insert

    thanks for the video , can u tell me the lenth of the depower line in cm ?

      175 cm is enough. with a loop on one end. 65 cm from loop to the plastic insert at chicken loop.
