Thank you for editing all the cutscenes together. Such a shame they made this game less fun than the previous ones. They had so many good ideas for the tracks and character designs as we can see in the ending cutscene.
I don't know why it gets this rep, I found it just as fun as SSX 3 and I thought it was a clear homage adapted to 2012. I think because it was more long winded and had many more modes like most PS3/360 games at the time may be a reason people found it more 'boring' as having 3 peaks and only race and freestyle (trick) modes made it a much faster, less complicated game to complete so I guess that might be why it was more fun, that and PS2/Xbox 2000's nostalgia factor which is hard to beat. But you can tell so much blood, sweat and tears were put into SSX 2012, they set out to make it an extreme more complex modern finale of SSX and I think they did that perfectly. I can also see why the team considered this the 'final' SSX as they left no stone unturned, I don't think anyone could list anything they missed out because they literally added almost everything you can think of haha. I think what fans really just want is a remake of SSX 3 and this wasn't intended to be that. But I'm sure that if it ever happens would be a hit (not a remaster like the 4K Xbox version, I'm talking an actual remake from the ground up).
