Hear me out: attack helicopter dogfights with micro-paintball gun turrets. It’s a two person manned aircraft, pilot and co-pilot gunner. Gunner uses FPV as pilot flies from the third person POV to act as a spotter.

Forgot to mention. The fact these things have to disassemble for transport too just adds another level of complexity that is just staggering to me!
