Previously we checked Casagrand Tudor but there where many lock points which I feel uncomfortable. Now I’ve approached the Brigade Xanadu Project which one of my friend referred.

Please be careful… the agreement says hand over by 2024 December for Bonito but the marketing team says 2023.

Construction is good and the process is smoother but the handover date is a big consideration for anyone to proceed here. I have one request/Suggestion… it will be great if u can cover video of Aspiro. There is not even one video of Aspiro in Brigade Xanadu which shows inside a floor. If that can be made it will be great for people to consider or not consider this.
That’s agreed bro all builder does the delay in handover no exceptions. Here I like the design so convincing me that its WORTHY FOR THE WAIT!

Hi bro, As per RERA approval... There are 2 handover dates for bonito... It depends on which block ur booking... Part is dec-24..rest is Dec-25... But project is worth... Don't compare with casagrand which is in vicnity..they quoted me 11 percent GST.. also UDS is less in casagrand
What you said is correct bro totally agree. Have you booked your unit in Brigade Xanadu? If yes what’s the handover date mentioned bro? And will you recommend any other project which is similar to Xanadu?
@@AruvaMeesaiKoduvaParva Yes , I booked 3 bhk in H block.... even though sales team says Sept 2023 as hand over .. we consider RERA approval date as handover. Also they delayed phase 1 hand over.... No project is comparable with this landscaping, natural light and access within city limits...but phase1 tenants faces many issues...refer reviews of Xanadu in Google maps
I reviewed the feedback of tenants in Aspiro through google but they have no other option la bro… from my perspective to in terms of Design I would say Brigade stands unique. Every builder creates a problem like this at the end.
Would you suggest any other property for me other than Brigade bro? Just your suggestion would help me to take wise decision

Are you sure Nikshitha I’ve seen all rooms designed the way you explained. Are the builders seeing that or ignoring it completely. Do you own a flat in Brigade?
