@@lisafoos8976 I don’t know what it is about Polk County. It’s not even a big urban county other than land mass. It’s sandwiched between Tampa and Orlando and it seems the craziest things come from Polk County and we see Sheriff Grady on the news again. Especially the murders.

I went to Florida once when I was really young, but I still distinctly remember seeing a man walking a crocodile (or maybe an alligator) on a leash.

The family ended up losing their lawsuit against Disney after declining several million dollars in a settlement. The boat operator was deemed to be at fault.
I gotta say, I hate to think about those worthless monsters that crush live animals to get their jollies because they usually don't get caught. Knowing one of them died experiencing the same fear, panic, and pain they conflicted on others is so satisfying.

I remember that somebody asked him if he knew how he died and he said he just assumed it was a hitting a manatee accident because it's a common thing in Florida.

As a Florida man myself I would like to give a lil info on why Florida man is a meme, we have public crime records where you can pretty much see every arrest that’s made in your area and see pictures of the people, there are other states like that but Florida is relatively more insane compared to other places in the us

Riding alligators/crocodiles
Crashing your car into another car because “bumper cars”
Being in a bar fight when a crazy person is in a nearby car
Impaling yourself on a tree branch or pole
Trying to do the Russian up the stairs
Doing random (illegal?) surgery
And it goes on and on…
And people turning into trees
banging a deadly reptile

Some crazy stuff really goes down in Alabama. Most of it definitely does NOT involve Governor Kay Ivey who is 79 years old and probably never leaves the Governor's Tar Paper Shack and Outhouse. She is also underpaid (officially) at only about $125K per year so she can't really afford to hit the bars and clubs anyway.

I love how Florida is so different it has it's own genre of death.
After watching tons of videos from GrayStillPlays (who is a Florida man himself), I became a pretty big fan of Floridians. Even though I am Russian (not a reckless one, though).
Although, I think that stereotypical Russian man and stereotypical Florida man would become pretty good friends, or at least partners in crime and craziness.

How is Disney responsible for someone’s own negligence in paying proper attention to where they were going when piloting themselves in a rented boat? Now, that corporation is responsible for many deaths at the so-called “happiest place on earth” but if this were to go trial w me on a jury, there’s no way I’d side w the family. That is unless there’s some other aspect that I can’t even imagine that was at play in the scenario.

The one w the fatal crossing for a concert was kind of like those weird twins in Europe years ago when they deliberately run into oncoming traffic at high speeds to get hit.
My stepdad was the one that brought Patricia out of the water out of the accident with the ferry.

I knew a man who used to be a Pharmacist. Each day he drove from Tallahassee on US 27 to Perry about an hour south. He would read the paper on the way to work. I deeply disapproved and was thankful I was nowhere near that highway daily.
How is it that the husband of the lady who was in a speed boat and crashed into a CRUISE LINER, imagined that he would win a huge lawsuit against Disney when his wife was clearly at fault. He should have taken the settlement.
