- The art contest really has made some banger characters. MG Lilias appears to be fairly good for endgame players but I feel new players might have a bit of trouble. In the end if I had her in a tierlist she would be mid tier around I feel. Just so insanely hard to build. Limited = Pull though right?

We could build her with Attack, speed, crt damage and effect resist. She is kinda build honestly, she require weird pieces of gear that we throw away very often.
I sort of had a decent setup with eff res the problem is that its hard to get ENOUGH of the stat with damage and speed.
@@Jenazadp I truly understand, my Lilia's has just around 3.6k attack and 300++ crt DMG. She needs intensive investment to be a decent unit. I don't have an imprint for her, if I have at least one she might be easier to raise her attack.
@@jamesadd4566dont bother pulling for imprints if thats your plan. First imprint is just 60 attack bump. Just wait for random lilias pulls :)
what about her signature. it gives effect res and attack buff

This is why I keep every wonky high-roll piece of gear. I don't care what the stats are. If it rolls good I collect it. If not for the random hero in the future that drops then for the memes :p
I think she is awesome but jesus for a unit that requires so few stats ( attack, cdamage, speed) she becomes paradoxically harder to gear because any gear with HP on it is actually detrimental and other stats just dont bring anything really to her. If we go really hard on rolling over and over for gear we can smooth out her build but lordy thats gonna be a bit lol.
I think it almost feels like if her numbers were higher but she used crit she'd be easier to gear
I mean ER is the best for the 4 sub stat but yay hard to gear

I think make her damage limit undispellable but increase the S3 base cooldown to 5 or 6 turn (down to 4-5 turn when mola) while buffing its multiplier should be good? So when used with goblet of oath doesnt feels too oppresive?
That way people needs to choose between speed er or counter er depending they want to focus on S1 or S3 and she will do well on both scenario. Bursty speed dps that takes out tanks every 4 turn or a bruiser er to chip enemy team.

I got her with literally 1 single pull ! My mouth fell to the floor like 😦 Also got her Artifact with 250 bookmarks. Smilegate really meant well after i had to hard Pity the last 3 Units. Thank God Lilias has a decent performance with just Pen Set + Speed Set at least for me. After 1 year of f2p playing i still can't farm anything except Wyvern so Torrent Set won't be possible to get until forever so it's nice to that there's at least an option to use her without RTA
She's arguably the first aggro unit that does well (not great, but well) into Candy. So there's that.
I'd say a few are pretty decent but hopefully you dont get countered
Is it possible to maybe run someone like lua with her own artifact to give her stealth possibly allowing her to survive a turn. Obviously ml landy with salvo kinda destroys that idea, but if she's banned could it be useful?
I think tricks like that could be really good for her yea, shields also great on her if no debuffs
I get it and I do agree, other than its hard to build her with spd, crt dmg... I mean sure, you dont collect those type of pieces because its rare that any unit would not use crit % but still after farming a little, its easy to get Crit dmg+Attach+speed, specially if you dont need hp or any other stats.
Clearly the eff res part is yet again another topic.

I called all of this last video. She'll never have enough ER to protect herself from true strip characters, which completely ruin her gimmick AND be able to 1-shot tanks. I did suggest that she 'might' be better than Mellona, that's probably not the case after testing. I certainly understand why people get excited for the next god-tier unit, but I think it was apparent she wasn't going to be.
despite all that, here's a couple nice synergies I'd like to share. Ran's artifact gives you attack and Soul-strip, can be used for a slower tanky setup. And Abigail's auto immortality on the back row unit makes her difficult to remove from the board. Unbuffable obviously stops all this, but the immortality is just an extra layer, for when you lose her unique buff.
Unless it brings you to exactly 100% pen, the difference between pen and torrent set is about 2.2% vs 15k HP targets (I did calculate the -10% HP as well) in favour of torrent.
It does go up to 8.3% vs 20k HP targets, so it does vary.
Using 8500 hp as the baseline without torrent, for those wondering.

I just got her, i'm a newbie, so i can't do RTA yet, i want to use her on exploration/story, so what should I build her for a moment?
I'd just go as much damage and speed as you can, dont have to do anything crazy with it for pve
i think that people will start farming SPECIFIC sets for her, and that when she is so min-maxed she will be godly at higher RTA ranks where every stat is so precise

Probably my most lucky summons I've had in e7 got her and 2 of her artifacts in 30 pulls I can't gear her tho. Tried speed build but she hit like a wet noodle got stripped and died now I have her on counter eff res she still hits like a wet noodle but she doesn't die lol
Yea I think its a super delicate balance to make it work, definitely requires some good stuff

For comparison pre nerf hwa mostly only need atk on her stat
I feel like that they should up the cr push req to 75%. So it makes it worthwhile to do an opener build and cleave/aggro
Yh I feel so bad coz I saved for a month got 3 copies of her and her artifact as a ftp with round same bulk as yours
She has 3900atk 290critd 250speed and I have to have her this fast coz she just gets stripped or one shot by the units your listed I think she needs a little buff ngl but I think sg will skip but overall I'll give her time sadly she's is hard to use

Just make her buff undispel but consumable so u have to hit her health limit to get rid of the buff instead

Hi Jena. Gonna post my hot take about the gear requirements for her.
I think she is extremely easy to build for people who don't solely focus on what you might call "perfect endgame" substats on gear. Meaning people who always look for crit chance and crit damage to be together on a DPS piece(because why wouldn't you want crit with cdmg normally). I'm sure I'm not alone with other people that settle for certain pieces of gear that may be missing a stat that would normally be ideal on a piece of gear. Personally, I have countless DPS pieces that have high attack+cdmg rolls, but no crit chance on it. Along with pieces that have have high crit+cdmg rolls, but no atk/hp/def to scale the damage. I simply don't instantly trash the gear pieces with a missing "ideal" substat.
Normally whenever you build your units, mine could never compare because they usually work on "perfect endgame" gear. However, this is the first unit I've ever been able to easily build that was stronger than yours in every way and with multiple options that had 0 crit chance. I am by no means an endgame player or high ranked in RTA, so I believe if I can build her to this level then a lot of other people can that are in my situation where they still use "awkward" gear pieces.
I feel that if you don't have a strict requirement for saving gear(including purple gear), then this character is extremely easy to build. If you are an endgame player that scraps gear that has substats that don't make sense total sense to keep, then you will not have gear for her. Or it might be more accurate to say even if you are endgame, if you are trashing gear with a missing substat like crit chance on an obvious dps gear that also has atk/speed/cdmg, then it will obviously be difficult to build.
Anyway, keep up the streams and content Jena! I'll go die alone on this hill now.

Look at Landy when she was first released she was trash then she received a buff and everyone was using her. So lilias could get a buff in the future that will make her shine
Still bit too soon for any changes, gotta feel it out a bit more first
She only really wants attack, crit dmg, speed, and maybe effect res. which means the 5th stat is always something she doesn't really want. Ideally it's defense since hp messes with her s3 and crit/effectiveness is a complete waste.
I will say, she’s really good into Expos and into Banshee.

My account is 6 days old and I had 600 bookmarks, ready to pity her. I got her on my first 10 pull and then got her artifact on the next 10 pull, which I did just because I could (and I needed a Taranor Guard for Wyvern) so, even if I can't really optimize her and use her for a while, I basically got her for free and I'm very happy :D
I got her 3 Multi’s so I’m also pretty happy. I’ve been playing for a few month and don’t have much gear for her 😢

I personally don't think she's hard to build at all. Any dps unit who doesn't need crit chance I personally find easy to build

I was saying this the first day she came out. She’s not going to be some ridiculous unit that just shuts down all these units (idk anyone with a 25k Candy), and I pick ML lilias and AOL often. 90% of players, and that’s generous, aren’t going to have gear to make her fast and do the damage to pop even lower hp bruisers
The crazy thing is people acting like she needs a buff when she does exactly what she’s supposed to do though lol. Really trying to bring back hwayoung, just in a different form.
The key is to build her with the lowest level torrent helm with no points leveled into it for the torrent set and CD/SPD set. That brings her down to 4khp. Meaning that at 20k hp she has full pen.
@@randomnobody9229 ...what Candy do you know with 20k? the highest is like 17, and the lowest is about 13 with just way more defense. This on top of you still needing good speed and ER to just not get deleted because AOL and C.Lilias who are often picked along with Candy.
I think they should have made the 'Damage Limit' undispellable, then she would be able to survive more. Kinda similar to Sage Vivian and ML Celine. Not sure if that could put her in the more broken realm of units.
It was initially but then they seemed to have changed it right before release causing her preview video to be delayed. I do feel she'd maybe be too insane with it unable to be dispelled but maybe needs some other survival tactic.
I think it absolutely would have been incredibly broken. Her being fast means she can cycle really fast, and her S1 heals her as well, so if you have an undispellable damage limit buff, you can basically be unkillable with a shielder. No reason to make her even more overbearing than she is, she already kills a tank on her first turn and give a team cr push.
@@ilegitcookieactually you know what. I think she needs a stat boost for ER. DMG limit if dispelable it's garbage without good ER sacrificing dmg. But if Undispelable she gets in the broken zone (kinda don't see how but I suppose) if she gets a bit ER help I guess it could make her a bit easy to gear

@@Rar830 make it Undispelable. But Give it a gimmick that only a certain act can dispel it. Like FMA Roy mustang. If attacked by a water unit his buff gets dispeled. Of course don't make the same thing but at least similar

She has basically 3 things to her kit. Dmg limit , perma crit and tank killer and she doesn't really Excel at doing either one of these. She's supposed to counter landy but then landy can S1 into salvo + counter and kill her. Unlike mellona or maken she's prone to dying comparatively easily even though She's supposed to be the exact opposite. She's also not killing any tanks unless you have a crazy good build on her. Funny to think that people were making her out to be pre-nerf hwayoung 2.0 when she's post nerf hwayoung 0.8 with high gear requirements. I think smilegate NEEDS to buff her in a way that an eff res build on her is viable
She does a ton of damage with s1 but her s3 is ONLY able to kill tanks which it does fairly well but should really always kill an arowell.
no, she is not made to counter ml landy. ml landy builds dont reach 20k+ hp.

It's clear they wanted to make her buff undispelable, question is why did they choose not to pull the trigger, did they think that would be too overpowered, i mean considering ML Celene and ML Surin have similar mechanics it feels an unnecessary compromise.

The big thing is hwa would not only 1 shot but then be a giant tank with damage reduction with an s1 that did 11k on miss with a low s3 cd and self cleanse with immunity. If she always 1 shot a tank thats normally alright since its way less overall than hwa

You have been very negative about e7 in your e7 videos lately. If you don't like the game, or the state it is in why not take a break and play something else you enjoy?
