Buti kapa you get thrilled whenever you're riding an airplane. Ako, since my very first ride when I was 16 when I left the Philippines to migrate to the US, ans since then I go back and forth from here to the Philippines 21 times already, and yet I can't seem to get used to it. I still get anxiety panic attacks as soon as we walk inside the tunnel going to the airplane, anlakas na ng palpitations ko at nahihirapan na akong makahinga, then pag nasa loob na e the whole 14-16 hrs flight I can't relax, I get bad tummy aches too; never din akong nakakatulog, the whole flight nakapikit lang ako but never akong nakatulog, for real. My primary care physician prescribed me Lexapro, I must take it 30 minutes before boarding para ma relaxed nerves ko. That's how I get through the long ass flight, but I never get to enjoy airplane rides no matter what though. I love going baco home to the Philippines for a vacation but its the long gruelling flight that I despise, esp. when there's a scary turbulence. Kaya tiis ng todo talaga para lang makita muli family and friends ko sa Pilipinas if I wanna go visit there.
Aww thanks for sharing! Flying is really different for everyone. I also feel anxious and scared when there's a turbulence. I always hope that my flights will be easy and smooth. I hope it gets better for you. ✨
the first few minutes of the videos looks like Boracay is just like every other ghetto in Manila or Cebu. it doesnt look like it is some paradise island.
