FYI - some of the VIVAIA flats can go in the washing machine. Just put them in a laundry bag, remove the insoles, and use a gentle detergent. Air dry. I have the same shoes in a cream colour (an original pair from almost 3 years ago before they changed the design slightly) and they have been washed numerous times and still look nearly new. I enjoyed the vlog. Love London!

Beware shoppers from US! You will have to email Manucurist multiple times over multiple months to get them to acknowledge your return and refund. ETA: At the time of my purchase they were using a third party called Ship Bob to fulfill US orders. Also, their polishes reeked and didn't seem any less toxic than others (why I returned). I filed multiple complaints against the company with various consumer agencies.
Better forget! I ignored my time is more precious than this mess of tax returns from the EU
