Well not really. Kim had an okay nose with a slight hump. Kourtney had a smaller nose but khloe's nose was big and square. They've all had their noses done. Two and three times. If you look at kylie Jenner and kendall Jenner....they had nose jobs too.. Now they all have small noses like their mom. Kris Jenner has gone through several nose jobs too according to social media showing before and after. To each his own. They look great.

I will never understand why Kim would alter her face from what it looks like during this time period. This was her most gorgeous stage.
For Kim to run from the Hump marriage let me know that she probably didn't like who she was in that marriage because it actually placed demands on her to be a real person. Hump was real and really loved her, tried to understand her superficial world with some major grace.
It's hard to believe instead of this brief moment of the possibility of something authentic, she would rather sign up for what was familiar to her with Kanye who view her only as a robotic, brainless trophy that he sought to own, alter and obesses over instead of actually love.
