For Runes it’s important to use Lethal Tempo and Brutal. The other 2 runes are situational. As for items you would build Blade of Ruin King and Wits End as your core items. Boots are situation but I always use swifties. You can opt-in for Triforce but lately I’ve been feeling stronger with Nashors and Phantom dancer in patch 4.2. Triforce for me is towards my last item purchase.
He was not not building ap. 1st skill scales with ap but he was building ad items in that game. So it was just waste of time to use 1st skill in fights as it won't deal any good DMG and will reduce DPS
On-hit TF shouldn’t use S1 since it’s AP and the animation lowers DPS. It’s better to invest on S2 or S3. I don’t level S1 at all until my other skills are maxed. The only time I use S1 as on-hit is to remove enemy Edge of Night and Banshee Veil shields
When combined with Lulu with Ardent censor. You get a free burst of jinx passive atk spd. So the more autos you deal the more damage you’ll deal. Throwing S1 in a combo conflicts your autos DPS.
