Sir all practically relevant points covered nicely as usual by you but please have lecture on theoretical aspects..especially on time constant and ti part..Thank you Sir.
Excellent talk sir , you made it clear and concise too ; I have a question if in SIMV , there is no recession, Spo2 >92%, MV rate is 40 , but baby is still tachypnoic mean RR is ~80 , and baby is not irritable, what should we do then ?
Amazing lecture sir.. thanks a lot sir.. what should be the ventilatory settings for a preterm neonate with Pneumothorax.?
thanks sir for such a lucid and vivid presentation
Excellent teacher
Thanks you sir
Hats off sir !
Very comprehensive
great talk sir.... Plz reply if we set the RR at 40 and baby himself breathing at 80/min.... what will be final RR ..80 or 120?
Set rate is ventilator rate . Baby rate is baby rate.. when displayed RR is matching with Baby RR, think of water in the circuit. If babies is breathing at RR or 80/min when Set RR is 40/min the cause are MAS, Acidosis, Inadequate respiratory pressure support.
Excellent talk sir . Plz give your email if you can so that we can ask any queries during work. Thank you sir again
