Bottom line this all falls on mark Osegueda's shoulders since HE was the one who threw his name in the hat when KK was starting his band and what was really fucked up was KK making his band mates sign a contract forbidding them to talk about it for FOUR years! So Mark basically holding that in from his DA band mates all these years is truly a fucked up thing to do he didn't have the balls to tell them to their faces what he had done now he's getting the much deserved backlash. FUCK Kerry Queen too he acts like HE was Slayer bad mouthing Tom in every interview Mark and KK screwed over DA no questions, IMO? This may be the end ( again! ) for Death Angel and it's fucked up because they were on a roll.
