So, ibig sabihin fully paid na yung bahay. ☺Magaling LANG syang humawak ng pera kaya hindi nkkpagtakang nka pundar sya ng sarili nyang bahay at sa US pa! @@user-bh1pb3ir3g vintage classics and designers sell x2,3,4 only if you can keep them in pristine condition, it wouldn't sell as much if they're already rotting (real leather rot), so how are you going to keep it perfect for resell? Store it? Then how is that an investment if you cannot even use it on a daily basis?
Edit: I have been into luxury items long enough😉 so I know. And I've learned it the hard way. Bags are not investments. Designer luxury items go in and out of fashion and designer bags are not as easy to sell as you think (I use The Real Real and Reebonz). Any bag, vintage or not, showing signs of use and wear and tear is not going to get you the price of a brand new bag.

Congrats! Houses in Cali are very expensive especially in SoCal. We used to live 2 hours away from San Fro and our house is about $370,000 for 4 bedroom (1,717 sq ft)only. I can only imagine the prices there?! But we already sold it since we moved here in Europe.
j Here in Glendale the prices are way too high, a 3 bedroom is almost a million.
Sounds like 2011 house price in Bay Area for 4 BR (single family). Right now, it's 1.1M+ from where I live 😲
It's also expensive here in Australia you cannot buy a house less than $500,000 in a decent area it's just expensive here

Yes, uso po dito sa US ang garage sale and i like it actually. Mas nakakatipid ka kase ang mahal ng cost of living dito. If like mo pabongga ng mga branded stuff you really need to work your butt para keribels mo😁. Garage sale, at thrift store yan mga fave ko dito kase para kang nagte treasure hunting😅. And yong mga stuff is mostly mga bago pa, nde halata na 2nd hand na xah..
