ADHD is a disorder because society requires long-term planning, attention to detail, and sustained focus on tasks that may not be inherently stimulating or rewarding.

Its bad and difficult to live with, it can freeze you in place and prevent you from being able to do things you NEED to do. The only point you mentioned that kind of makes sense is long term attention which they are capable of but are not in full control. There is a reason they have powerful drugs like adderall to help them. adhd is not some stupid definition or societal label that changes... its not a disorder because society wants it that way. its a literal illness that has been proven to be as much a brain chemistry problem as it is a psychological problem.
