I went to the pre-recording for this stage and here's some details about it~! First off for this stage there were up to 350 spots available for Melody to apply to. I don't think all 350 spots were taken, but there were still over 300 fans. Besides the number of fans, a big reason for the fanchants sounding so loud and clear was because there were many audience mics set up around the broadcasting hall to record our fanchants (side note, even much smaller fandoms can come out loud and clear when there are a lot of audience mics set up). During pre-recording a rehearsal run is done first. However, there was some sort of delay before the rehearsal run-through, so Minhyuk decided to introduce every single dancer to us, and we cheered for each one... it was really precious! After the rehearsal run-through, there were 2 full recorded run-throughs. Before the second recorded run-through started, the PD(?) asked the Melody in the standing section to raise their napalbong/melobong higher so it would show up nicely on camera. So, if you look closely at the audience shots, you can kind of tell which shot was from the first run-through and which shot was from the second run-through based off how high the lightsticks were being held. But regardless of which run-through, from the rehearsal to the last run-through everyone did fantastic every time! ^^ In between takes, they would show the playback on the TV monitors and all of us were in awe with how well our fanchants came out! Also while watching the playback, after certain shots of Minhyuk, you could hear some gasps/reactions from Melody too hehe... additionally, since Melody loved his stage outfit so much, they asked him to wear it to the fansign later that day, which he did! Oh, also, every time Minhyuk would get into his starting position he would grunt/say something like aigo as he hoisted himself up into his "first class airplane seat" (I'm pretty sure that's what he called it) made out of the dancers (Me, also in my 30s every time he did that: MOOOOOD lol). When he finished recording, and it was time to leave the stage, in a very Minhyuk fashion, he would stop and make various heart poses as he made his way off stage.
