Amazing place! We don't need narration, just a few captions to explain what the rooms are and how big. If you are using tour guides, at least get them lapel microphones.
I used to deal with Donald Abbey, the developer of this property......He ran all the utilities under water to the island. He originally listed it at 72 million. He also had a 70 million mansion in Bradbury Ca which sold for 22 million and took fouir years to build

Way too imposing for me, and I bet those floors are cold in the winter, even if they're heated. Location is the only thing I do like.
Its truly spectacular... but yes huge spaces to heat in winter.
