Just a friendly reminder for those that don’t know that this market is huge and gets very crowded. Add the fact that it is Thailand the heat combined with all that can be very shocking to some. Go prepared with light clothing and ready to sweat. Ready to buy water and find your way to the indoor mall for some good a/c. Imo best to go near sunset as it gets windy and the mall’s shadow covers a large portion or just go at night on, I believe, Fridays when it closes at midnight if I’m not mistaken. If going by train be ready for packed trains as a lot of people will go to Siam station and you will probably not feel that train a/c.
