The monster world and the human world are separate. The Wubbox couldn’t have randomly came across the monsters in the human world. The Wubbox was created by Galvana and was said to have been underground and hidden to one day maybe be a backup generator. The Wubbox was found by the monsters, in which the monsters powered up the Wubbox.

Galvana is obtained by being purchased in the Market for 150 Diamonds as an inactive statue, which can be revived by zapping all required Monster Eggs into it. It has the same rate as the other Celestial Monsters
Galvana is a Celestial Monster exclusive to Starhenge. As a Celestial Monster, it is only available at a specific month. It is obtained by completing the Daily Login Game or bought from the Market for 1,250 Diamonds (Dawn of Fire) on July.
