It's a selfmade conversion with Surpass Hobby type 2030 brushless motors and gears from 20GA gear motors with 100rpm. So it has more power. But the adaption of the gear to the brushless motor is very difficult. It needs exact planning and working.
Der Sender ist eine Futaba FX-30 mit 14 Kanälen. Die Motoren sind ein Eigen-Umbau aus 60rpm RB-20 Getriebemotoren von denen ich das Getriebe an 20mm 4500KV Brushlessmotoren von Surpass Hobby (Aliexpress) angepasst habe. Dabei muss auch das Ritzel für den grösseren Wellendurchmesser aufgebohrt werden. Ohne genaue Drehmaschine ist das fast unmöglich. Die Schildverstellung erfolgt mit einem 6rpm N20 Getriebemotor. Die Seitenflügel am Frontschild und der Heckfräse werden mit Micro-Linearservos betätigt. Für's Heben und Senken von Schild und Heckfräse sind je ein 20kg Servo mit Metallgetriebe verbaut. Diese wurden über die Steuerung verlangsamt. Ein Midi-Servo mit 15kg Stellkraft betätigt über einen Bowdenzug die Neigungsverstellung des Frontschilds. Die Neigungsverstellung der Heckfräse übernimmt ein 30rpm N20 Getriebemotor mit M4-Spindel. Die Fräse selber läuft mit zwei Minigetriebemotoren die grad so ins Fräsengehäuse passen. Deren genaue Bezeichnung weiss ich aber grad nicht mehr. Sind von SolExpert. Ich hab sie bei Amazon bestellt. Die Beleuchtung wird über ein 2+2 Lichtschaltmodul von MagomHRC gesteuert. Die Drehleuchten gibt es bei Aliexpress und/oder Wish. Ebenso die superhellen LED (3mm, 5mm und SMD)
Hello Jake The elevation movement is made with a 25kg servo. For the side blades i took two micro linear servos. The left/right turn works with a 15rpm N20 gear motor that's fixed directly on the original center gear. Forward and backward blade tilt is working with a 20kg midi servo and a nylon bowden cable that is fixed inside the center cylinder.
