The black and white fishes with the yellow tail are called Moorish Idols. They are more an ornamental aquarium fish, and not really popular for eating.

There is nothing better than eating a fresh fish. Done it for years on the Chesapeake Bay, catch it then scale it then fry it within minutes of catching,YUMMY!

Not sure if you had more of 'your' fish off camera, as you only had 2 bite on camera? All the food looked great - what about the sushi fish display?
Couple of things.. 1. that was a nice fish you caught.. 2. was that your first time catching your dinner n eating it within a few hours, if so you can't get much fresher than that. 3. how was it that meal looked amazing. 4 it's fish not fishes.
