I'm a big fan of Preston fishing stuff and have supported them since I started fishing but this product I get why they have brought this product out but the name is the baffling thing for me a banjo is round and that round banjo was a brilliant feeder which I still use I carnt believe its been discontinued, weather you use this feeder our guru hybrid our matrix version they are all the same apart from gurus is safe when using elastic just think preston had a real opertunity to bring out something special and different to other companies
You put these videos up and as usual, my local Angling Direct store has the product "out of Stock", when they become obsolete I will be able to purchase some, who is in charge of the asylum, the money Preston must be losing due to non-existent deliveries must run into millions...
Des would forget his head if it wasn't attached ha ha. feeder anglers use it to work out when the bites comes as there is usually a pattern for when bites come.
Des makes it easier than all the others, actually watch the vid & then watch the vid Joe has done on how to fill it so simple yet so effective, great items & they all interchange, Thanks Preston

I think it's time to leave the "banjo" name behind in favour of "lute". Looks far more like a lute with the new shape.
Now I gotta buy another set of moulds, have the old banjos been discontinued .

Same feeling here. The dura banjo was a unique product. This new one is copy paste as all other brands

Apparently you have to use a backwards mould. Couldn't imagine Steve Ringer using it
