75% block rate is the cap for block... I think going for speedo instead of penzeru would be better in your case.
Check out my other videos, didn't need speedo and leveling is manageable even with below 75% block.
@@FlyffisHope I see... good to know as speedos +3 are so expensive.
@@amateruss already at 141 and leveling is easy when I've equipped my leviathan. totally worth the cost. all my other items are mediocre tho...
