Louise is a wonderful, unique and rare talent. For many reasons. Such as: she understands the art of turning an existing song into something very personal, making it her own. Since ages this is regarded as a sign of musical excellence. Those who want to hear any song in it's original version and do not tolerate any deviation should understand this. And if you they don't like her style, simply don't listen to it. A side effect, or should I call it a proof, of being very unique and innovative is that people who expect to hear what the are used to dislike it.

I cannot listen to this. My brain immediately recognises the original and no matter how I try, that's what it wants to hear, so freaking annoying.
I mean Louise's voice is just so beautiful, but this makes me cringe.
It's the song. It's the original cringy song, not you two amazing artists, it just does not work.
I must agree. So many other songs they could have put their attention on. I would love to hear her perform Pie Jesu.
