Its in the internet, nation like Israel, Saudi Arabia, etc. were already "recycling" their used water, from the sectors of residential, commercial, agricultural, etc...
Way back in the 90's decade, an article in Phils newspaper, a multi. billion realty company, was already practicing such UWRS technology- event assuring the public, that they give it FREE, to those interested...
That their "processed water" - were safe for plant watering, laundry, car & garage washings, others...😊😊😊

First thing it is not a Sewage Treatment Plant it's Water Treatment Plant and next thing is there was no residents living in the perimeter, all the buildings are in the plant and was monitored by the department
