Thank you very much for these videos, they've been very helpful. I'd like to know your opinion about something. I worked for a Non-Profit Organization for 1 and a half year, then I went to The USA to have a cultural exchange and to learn English. I feel that I stopped my professional career, I did volunteer work teaching foreign adults and I studied for a while, but I don't know how to link that experience. I'd like to pursue a Master in Development Studies. I really hope hearing from you soon. Thanks a lot!

are personal projects considered as a work experience? i have been working on writing and illustrating a graphic novel for nearly a year and a half, can i write it down ? and what category is it ?
Is it necessary to write your experience at the First step of application where it shows your work hours ? coz it will be the same or similar with leadership essay.
So can we repeat what we wrote in Part 1 in Part2 also?
Normally you should not repeat your points, unless they are relevant and defines a key point.

What if my work experience precedes my undergraduate studies?
In which order I should write? If I write my work experience at the last then the date of it will be before my undergraduate studies.

I have a question mate. In the last part you talked about what you did as the deputy director of ACDR. There is an specific place for that in the application where you talk about duties in a certain position. Why did you add it here?
secondly, I have read that you should write all the essays in an integrated manner. So you don't have write a conclusion for every one of them, I think one conclusion in the last essay will be enough. What is your advice on this?

Even though you are able to lead two people , it means you have shown your leadership, it depends on how you put it into a written

I have not lead group of ppl, but I taught students, I was a the student representative of the class in primary and secondary schools (model) is that good for leadership essay and it is considered as a leadership?
Thank you. But honestly you have focused a lot on your own accomplishments. This is the third part of the video and you barely mentioned some tips for those who are at the beginning of becoming leaders or influencers in their home country. I would expect a video that helps people with fewer accomplishments but strong urge to become leaders, and a bit fictional too. It did not help me much but I thank you on behalf of others and for your efforts.

I see no need for going into such small details in a video, you had to summerize and formulate the overall structure of an essay.
It's like to say I have brushed my teeth on ...., Washed my face on ....
