Hard gel usually needs a bonder that you apply to the nail first. Just like with gel polish you first need the base coat. This particular gel I use already has a bonder built in so you don’t need one. ☺️

Correct you can only use it over an enhancement product because it will crack. I know some people use it over Luminary. ☺️
