"Kate is a young woman visiting her grandmother to talk about her mother "Eve" but instead she surprisingly ends up as both chauffeur and chaperone on her grandmother's romantic dinner date with a widower named Joe."
Released in 2008, this is a short film by actress/director Natalie Portman called "Eve".
Sufjan Stevens wrote the piano soundtrack for this short, and this was released on the All Delighted People vinyl as "Side D".
I'm putting this on here as a way to archive, as being able to find this short is rather difficult.
