I see people whining about kuro separating the combat showcase from the resonator showcase. Imo it makes them being able to focus on making the resonator showcase more cinematic, like an actual cutscene instead of mixing in the actual gameplay in it. I actually like that approach. I think they just need to make the combat showcase more longer and detailed instead of just showing the animations
I prefer what they did and remove the combat showcase as well. I think the length of the combat showcase is fine. they basically showed the NAs, charged attack, skills, plunge, ult, forte. Basically everything.
I can just imagine what her and Zenos from FF14 would be like, since both are combat sexuals who only really find meaning and pleasure in fighting to the death.

If you have done all the side quest in Black shores there is a SQ(Side quest) that possibly tell more on Cammelya and Rovers' relationship. And the answer may be a parent or a master or student or someone to look up to or maybe something more, IDK... Anyway this is what the summary in the files that I found in the SQ (note that there is a possibility that this is also not Cammelya) Anyway if you all remember Moda THE NPC of the Main story quest of 1.3 the who said to Rover "Run" met Rover(her master) and "Little Flower" (possibly Cammelya) and she describes little flower as Rovers "Tail". This can mean that Little flower always follows rover from behind like a tail and always follow him around in the black shores.... And then the she met 2 of them (Rover and Little Flower) and the 1st thing Rover said to her was(Note: Moda was still a Rookie here and don't know who runs the Black shores) Rover: "Hello! Do you like Roasted Crab?" Little flower: "...." Moda: "Huh?" Then little flower brings her the Roasted crab and then the 3 of them Eats it... The lastly someone asks Moda "... So How does it taste?" Moda: "........ It tasted awful... Rover forgot to add the spices..."

And my favourite mode ,the Illusive dreams with hopefully more banger music, I'm looking forward to it

The best trailer so far, and I actually love all of them. This one is just well done, the music fits perfectly, a horrific vibe not the usual melodic drama/cutesy vibe. It highlighted so much of how chaotic she is and power hungry. The eerie vibe at the end when she went phase 2 gave me chills. Kuro just keeps getting better at this.

In the trailer she clearly has not met Rover yet, she's struggling to sculpt Rover on her mini wooden doll because she's only seen Rover from her dream and from the looks of it she had only seen a glimpse which made her curious about Rover. The events in this trailer happened before 1.0 then she met Rover face to face during that scene where Rover pinned her down. She was obsessed since then because the idea of Rover being powerful and has appeared on her dream a few times excites her. That is not love, she's been lusting for power way before learning about Rover, it's her nature. Now for your other speculation that she might have been recruited by Rover in the past, that's something we might learn in her story.

She is carving a doll of someone that she keeps seeing in her dreams, someone that she knows is strong, and she's carving the doll to help her remember or put a face to the person in her dream. ZZZ has more than just E, ult and basic combo but sure I got your point on why one character in 1.4 is not bad at all. Every character've been unique and very flashy. They also do new 4* who also have unique kit. We had 4 amazing characters in 1.1 and 1.2 back to back (I don't mention 1.0 cuz it was a given that they would release 2 characters at the start). It makes sense why they decided to tune down a bit. 1.4 is the last patch before 2.0. So they gonna drop bombs here. And still Shorekeepr and Camellya looks insanely good. I remember that Genshin 4.8 (last patch before Natlan) didn't even had a 4* character. They did go wild in Natlan, tho but last patches before new region are always been a little dry and boring with not so much exciting characters. But WuWa doing great, I loved 1.3 and I'm already stacked for Camellya. Idc about new story or zone, there's a lot to do besides that. Although, I think they need to do something about hyping up people before new patch, cuz I wasn't excited to play 1.2 and 1.3 at all and cleared them in like last week but still loved it. Idk what it is about Hoyo but they're great about making new updates hype as hell. In 1.4, tho, Camellya alone makes me insanely hype. I love havoc sword girls
Star rail updates have not been hype since 2.2 LOL. Hoyoverse has the same problem outside of main story patches. Also Hoyoverse has WAY more money to put up for marketing than Kuro does.

And there's 2.7 which is gonna go wild. 2 not hyped patches out of 8 is pretty good. The problem here is that even when there was a story patch in WuWa, I wasn't so hyped about it and there was little to none motivation to play it. Like, in 1.1 I wanted to play just to get Jinhsi but story got me by surprise and I loved it. Same with 1.2 and 1.3. No hype for me but I loved it after playing. Idk If it’s exactly the marketing issue, maybe It's just me. But yeah - you got a fair point here, I didn't thought about budget

You also wouldn't be carving the image of someone that you "love" like some deranged person (which she is.) She is sociopathic, the carving is not "love," it's obsession/possession. Moreso if you consider she's trying to remember the rover from memory. Even the tune that the female and male rover sung made her "remember" the rovers. They added that because it's "weird" and gives this 'eerie" feel to her character. Very fitting to a Cluster B sociopath like her.
The "special feeling " you're talking about is more probable for the Shorekeeper but even then she's learning what emotions are. So her uttering the word love is even ambiguous for someone who doesn't truly understand emotions.

I got your point on why one character in 1.4 is not bad at all. Every character've been unique and very flashy. They also do new 4* who also have unique kit. We had 4 amazing characters in 1.1 and 1.2 back to back (I don't mention 1.0 cuz it was a given that they would release 2 characters at the start). It makes sense why they decided to tune down a bit. 1.4 is the last patch before 2.0. So they gonna drop bombs here. And still Shorekeepr and Camellya looks insanely good. I remember that Genshin 4.8 (last patch before Natlan) didn't even had a 4* character. They did go wild in Natlan, tho but last patches before new region are always been a little dry and boring with not so much exciting characters. But WuWa doing great, I loved 1.3 and I'm already stacked for Camellya. Idc about new story or zone, there's a lot to do besides that. Although, I think they need to do something about hyping up people before new patch, cuz I wasn't excited to play 1.2 and 1.3 at all and cleared them in like last week but still loved it. Idk what it is about Hoyo but they're great about making new updates hype as hell. In 1.4, tho, Camellya alone makes me insanely hype. I love havoc sword girls
Star rail updates have not been hype since 2.2 LOL. Hoyoverse has the same problem outside of main story patches. Also Hoyoverse has WAY more money to put up for marketing than Kuro does.
@@LegionzGaming91idk. 2.3 was literally a Firefly patch, 2.4 was kinda there, yeah. 2.5 was Feixiao, people went crazy for her, for 2.6 people not hyped at all, but I was, since Rappa is my favorite character. And there's 2.7 which is gonna go wild. 2 not hyped patches out of 8 is pretty good.
The problem here is that even when there was a story patch in WuWa, I wasn't so hyped about it and there was little to none motivation to play it. Like, in 1.1 I wanted to play just to get Jinhsi but story got me by surprise and I loved it. Same with 1.2 and 1.3. No hype for me but I loved it after playing.

WAY more powerful than the standard because of its passive which I can't get into detail until shes out, but the new 4 star weapon that they will be giving out for free in the event and able to max dupe is probably he second strongest weapon outside of her signature weapon.
