- This Airsoft ghillie sniper is reported for headshots while he contends with cheaters as he tries to complete his covert mission. He is wearing the new KMCS (Kicking Mustang Concealment System) ghillie suit with concamo camouflage. He is using a Silverback SRS bolt action & Tokyo Marui HK45.

I'm actually SHOCKED that airsoft hasn't gone to mandatory face protection like paintball. It only makes sense.
My paintball field requires full face protection for airsoft players that come out. No homemade stuff, has to be proper safety gear

Face protection is natural, even a regular stock AEG can chip teeth and permanently injure the eyes.
A souped up rifle with a heavy bb, forget about keeping them eyes and teeth if you don't wear protection
Actually here in the US, many fields require Sealed Eye, Face and also Ear protection.
At my field, we require minors to have full face pro.
But still, just at least get a mesh mouth piece!

Doesn’t need to turn into paintball where you have to wear a full face. When I used to play it was respectful to aim for the body if it was available. If someone is poking their head out then sure aim for the head.
@@Menelutorex are you daft? you are playing with airsoft rifles that get knocked up by the wind and are not always pinpoint accurate, it is inevitable you will get hit in the face. This is a competitive sport where you have a shot you take it. The only thing i can say is messed up is no calling your hits and using high powered weapons up close when prohibited by the rules. Not wearing proper face protection is a risk you take upon yourself in a sport like this. If a football players decides not the wear all his pads and gets tackled is it the person doing the tackle that is at fault when they get hurt? that logic is totally backward m8. If you can get away with not hitting them in the face good on you, but nobody should expect it in this kind of sport. Lastly as a sniper many don't call their hits and if you can hit them on skin or in a less padded area it makes the hit more noticed. I'm not saying go shoot someone in the groin till they submit or anything but as a sniper you need to find a way to get people to call hits as many of his videos cheaters just pretend not to notice when it so obviously hit.

There are ALWAYS small places on head without cover ...
This is the exact problem that snipers and especially ghillies have to go through... This long range undetected body shots don't alarm them because they don't expect to get hit. They don't call it or shrug it off like nobody saw it. But a headshot most definitely confirms the kill but then they whine about being shot in the head. i couldnt play this....i would rage either on the guys not calling their hits or the ones crying about getting hit where they dont wear protective gear...fun to watch the videos though
well, not calling hits is a tough one, most of the guys are used to being hit by automatic stuff, and the ppl who get hit, and you can see that they flinch, is anoying... but in this video there was a chubby kid who got hit when he entered the cover, and he didnt seem like to feel it, sometimes you are just like "did i got hit ?" Mustang said hes behind enemy lines, they dont expect shots there, if they are a bit farther, the shots are weaker, remember that also (even tho these are usually higher power)

"our field" has a "dedicated marksman" and once i was new he called me out once or twice, and i literally coundt feel anything, he showed me a vid, and it was a clear hit... on the semi-baggy clothes i was wearing, it did hit my clothing, and i would call it easily... if i had feel the shot, so yeah, its tough, not always intentional, sometimes its just so out of context, that you cant even imagine you got hit :) but yeah, its hard not to blow your cover and shout at them to take the hit :D
The solution is called a new battery, gearbox and full auto.
Problem solved, if everyone autos godmoders then they will quickly quit or accept their fate of surrendering their invincibility and join us mortals

shitty humans ruin everything. try to learn to take them in stride or you'll end up like me completely separated from everyone because you have lost the ability to let it go.
I've found that cheating is far more frustrating when you're a sniper. I've been playing 9 years, sniping for a few months, the amount of people that cheat based on the "If I can't see you, it didn't happen" basis, on some days is depressingly high. Usually kids.

Reporting a sniper for headshots is the same as reporting a racing driver for exceeding speed. He's only doing his job.

Because headshots are forbidden when you can clearly hit their torso. Mustang has been banned from many fields for intentional headshots, going out of bounds, not calling hits (He's a hypocrite), taking off his arm band and many many more reasons. He is very unsportsmanlike. Most players hate him and he gets teamkilled a lot for being an asshat.

There is barelt any muscle in the ankle, a hit there really stings like hell

@@Sterncold Sometimes you don't feel shots BUT you can often hear them hit you. In those ocnditions where there isn't a lot going on in your immediate vicinity, hearing them is probably likely.

@@PrimeRepair I don't know if the video footage is the same as the vision from the scope, but couldn't the shot have been taken lower, to hit the body? Because on the footage, yeah he is crouched down by the pallet, but his whole body is showing. I agree with the face protection, but when it can be avoided (when more of the body is visible), maybe not aim for the face?

@@michaelritzen8138 Have you even fired a gun before? You know how gravity works, eh? Once the BB leaves the barrel of the gun, it begins to drop, this isn't Call of Duty where you hit the person where you're aiming. There's so many things that effect the flight of that BB, just one tiny breeze can change it's course. All kinds of sports have rules that instate that if you put yourself in a vulnerable position the opponent cannot be penalized for an injury that may occur.
@@Pipes570 I have shot fire arms, ranging from .22 Long Rifle to 7.62 and .357, including, but not limited to: Diemaco C7, Uzi, S&W .357, AK-47, Zastava, M1 Garand and a Glock. I know how physics influence projectiles, what I point out, however, is that aiming for the head (even though 6 out of 10 BBs would deviate away), might be a dick move and you could instead aim for the body, which is an even easier target to hit. That is, IF the footage from the camera is the same as the player would see through the scope.
James - Whilst you're never one to shy away from any controversy you nail it here, quite simply if you don't like being shot in the face, then wear a form of face protection that suits the individual.
Remember when I started Airsoft a few years back, first game got twatted in the face from an AEG - Wasn't keen on that so I went & bought face protection, never had cause to complain about head shots again!
I wore facepro from the off, took multiple hits in it on my first day and one to the forehead that made my hewd spin for a while, bought a helmet and I've worn it since.
I love the frustrated and resigned "wtf, I just respawned, where....how.....whatever" shrug and handraise at 7:00.

I appreciate that you actually don't shoot people in the head or face you had a clear shot at so many heads but you waited to shoot them in the body that's hard to find most airsoft snipers enjoy shooting in the head and as an airsoft player I hate getting hit in the head so big props to you for aiming for the body!

@@Nuclear_chair16 some people wipe off paint with rags or dirt before the ref spots them. Happens rarely at the field i play at but when it does i let the ref know why I'm about to light them up

Some good advice here! I concur, get some face protection or suffer the consequences. Loving the series @kickingmustang. The part where your team mate almost stands on you is superb, kudos to the suit.
I remember the days when we didn't have to wear full face gear for paintball tournaments, people just wore goggles, this then progressed onto having to have your mouth covered (cheeks could be exposed), then the full lower part of your face covered, then ears also, etc. Those rules were changed for a reason, safety.

Even with pants on, ur balls would still hurt. Protections are necessary on the face, eyes, and any other body parts they think is needed. If they have no face masks, prepare the consequences of getting shot, raw to the face. Despite its illegal, accidentals can happen as well.

I can see that point. I have a mask that alters my contact points to use iron sights on my rifle. So I cannot aim down it as effectively. However accurate fire isnt as important in airsoft
@@brandonjakubowski6987 OneTigris makes a mask that is foldable and works quite well for keeping a good cheek weld to the stock of the rifle. I've been using mine for almost 2 years now.

Exactly what I was thinking, could of easily got a body shot, I like this guy's videos but there is a recurring habit of shooting for the head when other options where available I agree that if you don't wanna get shot in the face you should wear a face mask it there is still no need to aim for the head

I don't think he was actually aiming for that guys head. The camera was slightly to the left of his head AND the camera is higher than the scope. The BB also flew upwards and to the right which means he was probably aiming at the guys chest.

Even before my first ever game 10+ years ago, I knew that a face mask was vital. I have never played without one since then and I cannot understand why so many others see fit to not use it. Especially after the amount of lumps you get on the body or limbs etc and thats just at 1 joule over here in Ireland. Madness!!

@@x5x yes, a game that recommends you wear face protection that is adequate. bb can be carried by the wind and hit your face anyway so really don't understand people upset that the shot is aimed for the head. wind could have been curving shots upward and aiming at the head makes the bb drop to hit chest, or maybe they don't call hits. wear face protection and everyone wins. this complaining about him aiming for the face is unreal. don't play the sport if you can't take the punishment that comes with it. i have been shot in the face before and it hurts but i was a man and realized i made the mistake of not wearing proper gear. next game i took a mask with me and boom i had someone full auto my face and guess what?! it did not hurt me a bit!! go figure.

That's where he was aiming. The crosshairs on the video are edited it, the shot didn't drop as it should have for whatever reason. Wind, God, whatever.

@@CavemanBuck IMO the most cheaters and try-hards i've seen are in the US, since they wanna-be military, in EU there are less of them, maybe because stricter rules (and shoot them until they complain). Also, sometimes you dont feel the BB or you dont think it was one. If you're running through trees and you get hit without hearing a gun, you might think you hit a branch, or maybe it hits the dude in something that dosent make him feel or hear. It's not always cheaters.
To be fair, some were just re-spawning, they didnt took the hit because they were coming out to the game, if you look at them, they dont even sprint or look for cover instantly

I would have done the same thing. I'm very courteous with my shots but when people blatantly cheat I'll aim for the most tender spot I can find.
Saw a Novritsch vid were a guy shrugged off 3-4 obvious hits and not call them.. Next shot was his exposed groin. He called that one....lol
i hear that sentence "by choosing not to wear face protection, you are the one who'se choosing to get shot to the face" well for all i know, since i started organising airsoft play, some poeple are starting with the minimum gear, glasses, gun, riffle, and a cheap tactical vest often borrowed to a friend. (that seems to be the case because he wears only camo pants and cap)
also you could have avoided his face since his all body was in your line of view.
and that is a rule in most airsoft fields... don't shoot the face if you can avoid it.
you have enouth skill to do so, so do it...
If youre going to play a game where you get shot and didnt think you need a face mask... dont cry about getting hit in the face.

do you get the point ! some one has no face mask, you can avoid to shoot him in the face? do it, don't be a dick to new players because not every one starts with a full 1500 buck gear or know that they should wear a face mask to prevent any facial injuries. that is why on all the fields there is that rule, if you can avoid the face then avoid the face !

@@MegaFregel seriously dude? That scope overlay is added in post. Get a clue - the camera isn't as aligned with the shot path as you think, he "shot" he didn't "shoot for the head". You aim to get a hit, these things are FAR less accurate than you think, you can't always pin point the hit spot from that distance. Grow up.
