for the wildflower tapestry, I think the colors have a very retro hippie feel that makes it super cute! i think at first the colors probably just seemed off in comparison because the blues gave the original color palette a very different vibe than the green bright pastels

Also, what I do to help stop cramping in my hands when I hyperfocus on crochet, is I will alternate the way I hold my yarn, so I will hold the yarn between my index and middle finger, and then when my hand starts cramping I will change how I hold my yarn, I usually wrap my yarn around my pinky or something like that. Might help, might not. Idk but it works for me!

So amazing! I just started some tapestry myself, but from an alpha pattern. I felt like it worked up kind of weird, so I started over with all sorts of alterations to make some of the color changes smoother. I'll have to try from an actual pattern sometime to see if it works up easier!

Oh my gosh so funny you’d ask! I could make an entire video about my vacuum! 😂 I have a Dyson v15! It is cordless and I will tell you. It’s absolutely incredible! Especially if you have wood/ tile flooring
What kind of crochet hooks do you use? I’m starting to struggle with the end of my crochet hook handle rubbing against my hand when I’m doing long stretches of crocheting, and it’s really bothering me. Your hooks look nice and long and comfy in your hand!
They are sooooo long! But it’s because I add a Susan bates comfort grip. I get them at Joann’s. It’s a 2 pack for $5 and I just don’t put them on all the way so it’s comfy and extends the length of my hook as well. It’s so helpful I would highly recommend

What kind of crochet hooks do you use? I’m starting to struggle with the end of my crochet hook handle rubbing against my hand when I’m doing long stretches of crocheting, and it’s really bothering me. Your hooks look nice and long and comfy in your hand!
They are sooooo long! But it’s because I add a Susan bates comfort grip. I get them at Joann’s. It’s a 2 pack for $5 and I just don’t put them on all the way so it’s comfy and extends the length of my hook as well. It’s so helpful I would highly recommend
