- Hello hello! It's Grace and I'm back with another day in the life of a permanent jewelry business owner studio vlog.
In this video I'm doing a few things to prepare for a very busy Saturday where I had a total of 9 clients come in for their appointment. What a fun day!
I hope you enjoy this video!

interested seeing videos on book keeping and tips on how you found your vendor for your jewelry.
Thanks for the idea! I have an account so she handles my bookkeeping and it has been so helpful.
New permanent jewelry owner…keep up the content great work😊
Thank you so much 😁
I couldn't figure out why I was blowing through my sterling silver jump rings. Thats good to know
It can be tricky but I actually felt more comfortable with SS before I did with GF
Thank you for sharing your studio and tips! I'm looking to increase my revenue, and wondering what you think the (ballpark) startup costs are to have a good base of inventory?
I think I’ll make a video on this because there are different price points. some people start as low as $2,000. my startup cost were over $10,000 but I was able to pay that off quickly.
Can you make a video of what equipment you have and how you do the welding part!
Hi! Yes, I will make a video on the equipment I use.
Hi! I’m starting my permanent jewelry business and was wondering if you had and tips for starting and where to bulk buy chains and charms 😊
Hi! Starting a permanent jewelry business can be a lot of fun. I would say do a lot of research and practice. I always think it's best to invest in a really good welder, quality tools and supplies. I would stay away from anything plated when it comes to your chains and charms. Gold filled and sterling silver are great options for permanent jewelry.
Can you please explain how did you register this business ?
Hi! I registered my business through my state.
How much time does it usually take per client?
Maybe 20-30 mins depending on what they’re getting.
How did you get started in the industry?
I watched TH-cam videos when I first started.
