You just said what I'm feeling about my pen collection. I look at my collection and think about what I want to let go of or sell, and I'm at a point where I don't want to let go of any. I have a number higher than I thought I would have had but I love each and every one. I may change how I feel in a few months time but for right now, I love what I have and I don't need to sell any!
It felt so good watching your video for winding down in the evening. Now my brain is calm and I'm relaxed. Thank you for these videos. I just love following your thoughts.
Re: Diamine Twilight, I've had that one inked in both a fine and extra fine Pilot Kaküno and it didn't feel like a dry ink. Not a very wet ink either, just average. Also the holo sparkles in your new Benu are just GLORIOUS 🤩
Thank you for giving your thoughts on both Benu pens. I'm on the fence between the two models. But I do tend to hold the pen further up, so maybe the Euphoria model would be better... Hm, tough choice, and I have nowhere to check them in person 🙄. Anyway, that's a future problem. I decided to check out the Sailor first, I'm waiting for 1911. You got me curious in your earlier videos with the different writing experience they provided for you, and other creators also praised the pencil-like experience in writing with sailor nibs. And a fine should truly be fine and crisp I hope 😊
Regarding the Sailor nib, my personal experience is that there is a line between MF and M, with the smaller nibs borderline scratchy, and the larger quite smooth. YMMV.
Keep the Brown Orchid for now until you are certain. Perhaps try changing the nib. It really is a beautiful pen. I really like how you use the Maruman Mnemosyne.
I really like your list of inked pens, with date stamps. The 1st M800 I got (in 1995!) was a broad. I still have it and love it. Of course Your results may vary.
I have the Brown Orchid pen and also the Forget-Me-Not. All of the #5 nibs, even the same width, do not write the same. Goldspot sells replacement nibs, so I wonder if it would be worth it to try a replacement nib?

Perhaps you should be focused on “the inks, pens, designs, and papers” instead of policing others online. 😊
I just realized I’m mourning 😢my country. Thanks for the distraction. Love y’all

I feel you girl. I hope that you can find that distraction and joy that you need. I am doing the same.
18:06 maybe puppy would like his own fountain pen 😅🤣🥰

Girl, I feel your pain. The first :20 is me too. You are not alone. Thank you for sharing as always.
LOVE the pic eating your pen!! LOL!! Just love it!! :) My dogs are also curious with my pens.

Using the notebook that way is really kool i love the full page looks! Love the way the three sailor pens look together!

Keep the Benu! Are you able to change the nib to something that will please you?

Would having the Brown Orchid nib tuned to write with an increased flow help?

Well dog lovers call it a “snoot”. Hehehehe so when I say “give that puppy “snoot boops” it means give them a kiss on the nose.
The grip section on the Talisman feels too short. I love the nib but don’t grab the pen often because it’s not comfortable to take notes with.
No disrespect but can you please stop trying to interject your politics. Let’s just enjoy the inks, pens, designs, and paper. 😊
There was politics? Feeling a little touchy?
@ yes there was and not the 1st time. Not touchy at all .
@@ichirofakename 💯 don’t think there was politics.
@@rubygoodman8364Yep, definitely referenced the election in the beginning. 🤦🏻♀️ you’re not hearing things.
