    Those tracks are older than me, I don't have usually any feelings regarding that, listening to the music. Those sounds don't feel outdated, even though the golden years of demoscene are over. I didn't have experience with Amiga, NES or C64. Therefore, thanks for showing the bits of the environment of those, for me foreign, worlds.

      I'm glad that you like it and I was able to show you something new) In my youth I had computers ZX-Spectrum128 and later Amiga-1200. I decided to post videos on the channel with what inspired me then, as well as with music that I myself made on these computers :)

      Sounds from the past, which I never had this way. As well as any Amiga. =)
      Anyway, this music is still good to me!
      I like many tunes of the Amiga composers legacy. In example, "Echoing".

    Thank you for sharing this with use. It brings back so many memories! I remember a demo I had downloaded at that time, which made me decide to do music on Symphonie (maybe it's called No Way Out). I wouldn't dare ask you if you were the composer... It sounded much like your tune "Eclipse"

    • @nnznikol
      @nnznikol  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Glad you liked, it also brought back good memories for me and I decided to share my collection with everyone!
      No, I did not create these tracks, the composer is Mosez. I really like the track “Eclipse” too and I even once did a remix of this track :)
      If you have tracks that you created in Symphonie, then send them to me by email, I’ll be happy to listen to them and maybe I’ll take them into the next collections.
      Also Collection #2 will be uploaded soon ;)

    This music puts my mind at ease, did not know about this program, only few years ago I learned about it. its sadly not open source, so we can't add AHI support to it :-(

    • @nnznikol
      @nnznikol  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I once found the program’s author’s page on GitHub, there’s even an updated version for Java with support for VST tools, but I still haven’t gotten around to trying it :)
      Try contacting the author, I think he can help you.
      I'll look for the link now...

      The software is amazing. I haven't touched an Amiga since like 1993 but I am amazed at developers in 1997 who could make this work.

    • @nnznikol
      @nnznikol  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Of course, the program has many different functions, to be honest, I didn’t use more than half when creating my music))
      I don’t remember much now, but in general there is a detailed description for Symphonie in several languages.
      From what I remember, I liked the sample sliding function, and there was also a sample remix function that allowed you to change sound of the original sample. But the most surprising thing about the program compared to any other trackers, of course, was its surround sound, which is created by a software DSP processor. It could be controlled from track, turning the effect on and off, as for example here in intro of Antarctica track th-cam.com/video/o9eVrMP8wEY/w-d-xo.html

    Very, very nice music. I love this type of music. Which Amiga you used for Symphonie ? 060, or more ? 👍😁

    • @nnznikol
      @nnznikol  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      For video I use WINUAE emulator. I chose 68030 processor, but recently I noticed that Symphonie works better if you choose 68040.
      25 years ago I had an Amiga-1200 and Blizzard accelerator with 68030 processor, and it was this music that I listened to with pleasure then)) Also, depending on the processor power, you can adjust the sampling frequency, I think that can even turn on these tracks on 68020 processor, but with a frequency of 8000-10000 KHz
      :)

    1:18 Nice try with the Spectrum emulator. Is this running on an actual Amiga or is this emul-ception?

    • @nnznikol
      @nnznikol  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, a long time ago I ran ZX-Spectrum emulator on a real Amiga-1200. Here in the video is a recording from Amiga emulator, I tried to run ZX emulator in it and it also works) but it was very slow due to the fact that Symphonie is running in parallel and takes up almost all the processor time.
