@@bonbon54545 My first tat is my mom’s name. I got it on my chest in Old English Lettering but keep in mind that it falls down to your pain tolerance and the aftercare. Just know it’s going to hurt regardless but eat a big breakfast and drink water you’ll be fine. Good luck!!
It’s actually really important that you eat something before the tattoo and stay hydrated during the tattoo, The pain you’re going through on top of your blood sugar dropping too low can cause you to pass out.
I did almost pass out once because of that I had to take a break drink some water and get some food in my stomach. I never passed out but I got super light headed and nauseous and it was a home tattoo which can only make it worse. But I was fine 30m after eating.

Years ago I had a friend I went and got a tattoo with, we got them done at the same time to vastly different results. I had a good time and love my tattoo, he screamed like a child as soon as the needle touched him. He tried to be a tough guy when his girlfriend got there but he ended up fainting in the chair and fell on the poor lady trying to give him the tattoo. Everyone was fine in the end but it was hilarious

I recently got my first tattoo on the inside of my bicep...it didn’t really hurt at all tbh. It all depends on your pain threshold. My tattoo only took about an hour though, so I’m sure that the longer you’re sitting the more annoying the pain gets. I could never understand pulling your body away from the tattoo machine tho. You’d end up needing to get a completely different tat.
I think I know why the mom was able to endure it. Tattoos hurt WAAAAAYYY less than going into labor and actually giving birth. I’ve done both so the difference is easy to spot.

When I had my tattoo done, the artist said he was surprised at how well I handled the pain as it was my first time at getting a tattoo, I told him what pain lol All I felt was a burning sensation as well felling as if someone was pining a elastic band constantly in the same place as the burning feeling. All it is is the friction burn from the needle going in and out. My tattoo took 4 to 5 hours to do and I had it done in one sitting.

Tattoos are only painful on specific parts of the body. Easily my personal worst was my ribcage, but even then its bearable. Ig i have a high pain tolerance 😅
This is why Henna Tatoos are good. Temporary, non-toxic, they smell good, they're cool looking, and they dont hurt to have applied, at worst it might be a little cold
Why get a temporary tattoo? Go through the pain for a few hrs so like 3hrs or less or more depending on how big it is and you will have it for life pain is an interpretation pain is in the mind I actually have several tattoos and I can tell you for a fact these guys are just overreacting

Heather Blassingame I have a tattoo on my upper arm ! And believe me they are over reacting when I got my tattoo I was talking to then tattoo artist and my mom , like I felt nothing while these people are acting like they are getting tortured 😂

Tattoos are only painful on specific parts of the body. Easily my personal worst was my ribcage, but even then its bearable. Ig i have a high pain tolerance 😅

This is why Henna Tatoos are good. Temporary, non-toxic, they smell good, they're cool looking, and they dont hurt to have applied, at worst it might be a little cold

Why get a temporary tattoo? Go through the pain for a few hrs so like 3hrs or less or more depending on how big it is and you will have it for life pain is an interpretation pain is in the mind I actually have several tattoos and I can tell you for a fact these guys are just overreacting

I got my first on my inner arm under my elbow. It did sting and I hate needles but I was so quiet that the tattoo artist and my bf at the time had to ask if I was still alive. It was the only way to concentrate and I held my bfs hand so tight it turned white haha. Everyone's different but wtf with half of these xD

My first tattoo was a butterfly on the top of my foot. I may have made some faces but I didn't voice my pain. I had to stop and take a break after the outline cuz I was getting pale. The artist was really nice and gave me juice and cookies
It does not even hurt that much when you get a tattoo on a scar lol
