This is a rare instance where Leezy and Mark switched sides on the stage. Yes, I am a Khruangbin obsessive and I've made it my personal mission to watch *every* clip of them on TH-cam. Love this band.
@Literally Shaking it's actually a bit more than that, the neck cruiser is also wired out of phase. As a Peter Green fan, I had to do an out of phase build of my own.
One trick Mark uses is leaving his boss distortion pedal on all of the time, everything off but the output and uses his guitar volume to regulate the "nastiness". Also, Mark will leave his wah pedal on much of the time. There is a great TH-cam on his rig and the simplicity of his tone. Great player. Refreshing, and I'm a 40+ year guitar player.
Big fan of this band...sooooo dope...can’t pick if this song or The Third Room is their best stuff...Mr. White is one of the first things I play in the morning getting ready to go to work...hope this Covid stuff passes and they start touring again
This gives me old school summer night Venice beach vibes in L.A. with 🔥fire ambers from a barrel fire blowing in the wind illuminating the cool crisp night atmosphere..🤘🏿🖖🏿👍🏿✌🏿❤
The only reason I started to listen to this band was because I was surfing TH-cam and saw this woman in short shorts playing the guitar. After I heard the song People everywhere I was HOOKED. This is an awesome band. Wow
This song should be played on a 5 string bass for that lower note on the second chord :( Atleast sounds like she plays it on a 5 string on the studioversion
I literally cannot get enough of this band. I love, love, love them.
It's addictive
Me too , and I thank my God I will go see them live soon
@@YM-rp6st saw them live a month and a half ago and now my Khruangbin cravings are insatiable
That drummer is a human metronome.
That drummer is god
I listened to this track in tunisia it was amazing!! The sunset, palms, lemons, oranges trees and Mr white in my ears. Pure joy
Wow what an experience 😍
Yeah has a dusk vibe to it for sure
Another fan from Tunisia, I thought I was the only one here.
Sounds awesome

Side note...love at 2:39 when Laura looks over after he holds the harmonizing a second longer than rehearsed❤️❤️❤️❤️😎
That’s the beauty of these songs live ❤️what a great moment
I definitely prefer this live version over the studio recording. Damn so good.
It's a tossup to me
Agree 100
1:43 - 2:05 Blew my mind. So melodic, rythmic and technical while smooth AF
Manoir I agree, and I also love those little pauses inbetween for the drummer and bassist singing ‘ha-ha’
Same. I think I just came back to the song the 200th time. Better than the Album Version ❤
How these guys aren't more popular boggles my mind. Good stuff
Play this every week so I can set my watch to the drummer.
By a country mile the best band and coolest band on the planet 🌎 the universe shines upon them x
So much soul coming out of Texas. Love it!
khruangbin's vocals are so good
Every song they have is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
that base line tho. Lauraleezy Is forever LIT in my whole entire life. KHRUANGBIN PURA VIDA
Just saw them in Manchester… these guys are a different gravy
Superb. Completely distinctive style. What a mood and vibe...!
Based Mark’s phrasing is so tight
So insanely beautiful and dreamy! Can't get enough of this song.
This is like real smooth soul tingling music!
The Part at 1:43 is pure joy

My new favourite musical group.
Ultimatel chill band.
Their music has heart

She's actually playing bass... Just saying
@@wesleybullock814 you talking about her bass guitar? LOL
@@DanBlake3rd.. No shit ... Einstein
My favorite song from them!
Tune from
a great album
solo starting around 1:45 - wow.
Timeless classic
I love how quiet they are
This is my jam forever!
Fingertip articulation. Superb
Una de las mejores bandas que he encontrado... al final, lo mas simple es lo mas hermoso.
Nice n' Mellow! Love them!
Long live Khruangbin!
Luvin the vibe from these cats. Fuggin brilliant! Diggin the bass player too. Real cool & smoove. Luv it,
Luv this song so much!
Thx Giagia for the share ! Amazing band !!
best band in a awhile and i mean it.
Drummer is so intense!
Not sure about "Intense"... GROOVY or SMOOTH might be more appropriate
Yeah .. You're right.. Intense like budist monk....
Very smooth!!
Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu❤️😊
This song is perfection!
Amazing!
damn the first time i saw them preform with chicano batman, wuz a magical night
Leilani Alvarez wow your night was amazing lmao
That was my first time seeing them as well
Good stuff, good stuff. I like it, I like it.
Awesome! Love this!
The Universe introduced me to Khruangbin with this gem
....and then subsequently smiled upon you
Do they have a bad song?!? I can't stop listening to them!!!
really nice version!
So frickin cool n cruisey as
Mark Speer is going in the hall of fame one day. This band kills it. When yall playing in florida?
Love it
Never heard before.. Meanwhile this is cool! I look forward to listen to their new album with that track
Just realized that the bassist is playing a super cheap bass. Love it.
Austin Palmer it’s not what you play but what you play :)
I wouldn’t say super cheap, just not an overpriced, overhyped bass guitar. Those SX’s are getting good reviews.
I reckon she has upgraded the pickups on that SX. It won't sound so killer on stock pickups.
she plays it well but the fret buzz on it ruins the tone
Kinda sounds like shit...
Light touch... Rarely do you hear it these days :D
1:43-2:05=🎸🤘🎸🤘
Drummer is a beast...
smooth
Tasty!!
Ils assurent …😎👌
I wanna dive into da sound
Mr. Pink: You kill anybody?
Mr. White: A few cops.
Mr. Pink: No real people?
Mr. White: Just cops.
What?
Mark’s solo is off the charts good on this version. Can’t wait for the new album. KCRW, any chance you will post the entire set and interview?
Its on their site under their "Morning Becomes Eclectic" show.
@@newt3k Thank you for that.
Have we been able to confirm that he's not eminem with a wig on
Holy shit Wig Dude has a name ?
Mark speer
damn... groovy
2:38 is so fucking suave.
Yes!!!
Cooooooooooool
Mr White ,you god dame right
Fuckin love them
I have discovered a great band
Si!!
dang
Such a fucking great band. They could be out of a Tarantino movie somehow :D
effortless
Melloowww
1:38Vodka
Their best song?
Absolutely! Other stuff is great as well though! Man these people are classy!
I listen to all their music over and over ... and keep coming back to this song and this recording. So, yes.
Como te quiero
Yep this song got me into them
They just seem to be getting better.
Thisa bop
This particular song reminds me of the type groove that the band Soulive would play.
Where's Nick Harcourt? Heard him every day when I moved to LA.
💖
Best thing to come out of Texas since J.R. Ewing 😀
This band is slowly becoming The Porcupine Trees of my mid thirties
молодці!
dreamy summernights
Out in the Mojave desert
😎😎
I wonder why when performing live, Laura Lee doesn't play the full bass lick, but an easier, shortened version of it.
My metronome broke to this !!!!
Anybody know what kind of sticks the drummer is using?
Drumsticks???
this Texas trio is way better than ZZTop
First!!!! Awesome rhythm BTW
Fuck! do it ! kids!
SKRAIT DOPE..
!!!!!!!
This song should be played on a 5 string bass for that lower note on the second chord :( Atleast sounds like she plays it on a 5 string on the studioversion
That 5th string can make all the difference!
Hub Cap ....ooooooohhhh
