My step-dad lasted 17 years with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma you can do it girl!!!! He had the same philosophy is you do!! Every treatment that he had he just went out every day worked even if he felt sick he was out there working working out doing what he could do even if he felt sick he still was out there doing what he had to do! With enthusiasm that he was going to beat it as much as he possibly could!! As I said you can do this!! It's as much about how you look at it as much is it is the treatment! YOU GOT THIS!!!

I myself don't have a terminal illness but I do have a chronic illness called Systemic Lupus. I was struggling for years to just get through each day and so unhappy. I found you back when you had barely 1,000 subscribers. Two weeks ago, you inspired me in a way no one and nothing ever has in a way that I don't completely understand. I started slowly working out at the gym two weeks ago and have consistently worked out five days each week getting back up to the level I haven't been in years. Radiation has saved my life twice once 20 years ago and sbrt last year! Positivity great medical care love and faith will get you through! You go girl and I know a few people way past their expiration dates. I never take stats personally I believe if there is a 5% chance of recovery then by gosh I will be in the 5%. I always thought they were some of the strongest people I know but now I see REAL strength- you’d whoop their asses with sheer grit and determination any day 😉 you’ve got the kind of spirit that can’t be broken, and with Aisha at your side you guys are invincible. I have a tendency to think very negatively and let that mindset spiral from time to time, and watching you motivates me to do better every single time. I can't imagine how I would manage with such an illness, but I hope I'd have half the strength you show. What a lesson you have taught me throughout your journey and courage. I got a cancer scare 2 years ago and I have lived mostly in fear although I am grateful for every single day. But I became even more grateful since I am following you. For those here who never got a terrible illness diagnosis, one that can threaten your life, please be grateful for even waking up in the morning. We take this for granted (I did until I got told you have cancer) until something difficult happens, which is unfortunate because we sometimes lost so much time, time so precious over little details. Emily, you are so inspirational and I am sure you can defy the odds. You already did. Wish you a wonderful wedding to both of you, beautiful souls.

Em, you're so right. I'm studying psych in uni and learnt in one of my classes that your thoughts are scientifically proven to control your your immune system. If you stay positive, like you do so graciously, your immune system will stay strong and act accordingly. Keep it up, so proud of you.

My gran was diagnosed with cancer in her lung, liver and brain last year and I found out today that her prognosis is pretty much identical to yours. These videos have been so helpful and inspirational in trying to have a positive outlook and keep myself together, I feel like because of the situation with my gran I'm going through this whole experience with you and Aisha. Fingers crossed both you and my gran can exceed even more expectations and surpass your prognoses once again!

I've already commented on what amazing young women you both are. Being a strong, formerly extremely independent woman until 2007 when my life changed on a dime. It's not so much your strength that inspires me. It's yourself & Aisha's forthright manner in showing the vulnerable, scared, at times - dark places that our mind can, does & will travel to. You show us how to travel THROUGH to the light again. That, to and for me, is my challenge. Not my disability/health issues but how to give myself that room. DEAREST EMILY, I hope you realise just how much you are changing the lives of 25,000 people across the globe. What you've accomplished and continue to do so is extraordinary. I myself don't have a terminal illness but I do have a chronic illness called Systemic Lupus. I was struggling for years to just get through each day and so unhappy. I found you back when you had barely 1,000 subscribers. Two weeks ago, you inspired me in a way no one and nothing ever has in a way that I don't completely understand. I started slowly working out at the gym two weeks ago and have consistently worked out five days each week getting back up to the level I haven't been in years. I feel strong, happy, hopeful, driven and so alive again. Dearest Emily, you have made your mark on the world. Please continue to fight because the world is a better place with you in it, sweet girl. Radiation has saved my life twice once 20 years ago and sbrt last year! Positivity great medical care love and faith will get you through! You go girl and I know a few people way past their expiration dates. I never take stats personally I believe if there is a 5% chance of recovery then by gosh I will be in the 5%. Here you are fighting terminal cancer for 7 years, taking blow after blow, yet you still find it in to go to the gym, eat healthy, push yourself to stay strong, treat your girl 110% better than most people treat themselves and here are people like me who has their health but think they've accomplished something by making through the day without taking a nap. I'm in awe of your positivity and determination.

I always thought they were some of the strongest people I know but now I see REAL strength- you’d whoop their asses with sheer grit and determination any day 😉 you’ve got the kind of spirit that can’t be broken, and with Aisha at your side you guys are invincible. I have a tendency to think very negatively and let that mindset spiral from time to time, and watching you motivates me to do better every single time. I can't imagine how I would manage with such an illness, but I hope I'd have half the strength you show. What a lesson you have taught me throughout your journey and courage. I got a cancer scare 2 years ago and I have lived mostly in fear although I am grateful for every single day. But I became even more grateful since I am following you. For those here who never got a terrible illness diagnosis, one that can threaten your life, please be grateful for even waking up in the morning. We take this for granted (I did until I got told you have cancer) until something difficult happens, which is unfortunate because we sometimes lost so much time, time so precious over little details. Emily, you are so inspirational and I am sure you can defy the odds. You already did. Wish you a wonderful wedding to both of you, beautiful souls.

Thank you so much for making these videos and showing such an unedited but positive attitude to everything you're going through. My gran was diagnosed with cancer in her lung, liver and brain last year and I found out today that her prognosis is pretty much identical to yours. These videos have been so helpful and inspirational in trying to have a positive outlook and keep myself together, I feel like because of the situation with my gran I'm going through this whole experience with you and Aisha. Fingers crossed both you and my gran can exceed even more expectations and surpass your prognoses once again!
