Nice to see what I would call a classic rifle, I purchased a Bluestreak New in 1966. I was working in a local garage at the time and went home at lunch time on the day it was to arrive, yes it was there and I took it back to work. With the other lads we used it at the back of the garage I was amazed it shot a .20 Pellet through a plywood sheet at I think about 30 yards. This was part paid for by my then girlfriend who then became my wonderful wife. I now own 1 Silverstreak and two Bluestreak’s and my only regret is not having a space on my Firearm Certificate to get the early higher powered. There must be some still about from the sixties that are the higher power version as the ones around have to comply with the sub 12 ft lbs rule. Sorry to dribble on but I love these air rifles the only thing is you need very good arms if you fire at full power 10 strokes and they did alter the calibrate to I think 177 I may be wrong and it could be .22. ## I also still have my wonderful wife##

the orginal old models where .20 had a dead end pump .and a chamber that did not hold air after the shot . so the max power could be shot .10 or more pumps ,not on the factory advice ,that was 8 pumps.
later sheridan was bought by benjamin ,and they produced 177 .and 5,5 mm pumpers ,but it looks like the orginal c . but lots of changes , not for the better in my eyes .coleman bought benjamin and now its crossman i believe.

Very cool rifle. I bet it is accurate with the peep sight. Have one on my HW99 and love it.

pumping technic ,hold the gun with barrel up ,hands on the end of the pumphandle and plasticgrip on the gun at nippel height , close to the body that wil give more muscle power at work and control.
Looks good but l couldn't be doing with all that carry on , I'll stick to my hw97k.... all that noise to pump it up wouldn't make you very popular at a rifle range either I'd imagine
