in this video he's tuned to D standard with a capo onn one (probably because the other songs he was playing were played in d standard)
but the chords in that context are:
Eb G#7 Ab
Em7b5 Bb Ebmaj7(higher voicing) Ab
and it pretty much just repeats like that the whole song
the way he's strumming the chords are pretty unique so i would try to hear the voicings he's playing and replicate it as best you can
