I have a modified version of this build. By reducing chilling mist to 11 , freezing field to 16 , blizzard storm to 1 , frame rod to 12 and sacrificing frozen mastery and now I can get a shield.
I always want phoenix storm at least level 1 , ignite at least level 1 is also good for SA and SAB but don't know what else to sacrifice. Maybe frozen spike lv.11 and frame road 11. I will need to try.

After trying to have both phoenix storm and ignite the experience is indifferent. Phoenix storm is good for adjusting enemy position in poison missile but that is. Flame spark and frost wind can do that as well. Ignite is good for catching longbow class but mostly it is too slow at least when compared to Saleana. So I just return to my original build without both skills.
However, fire ultimate is really great for catching longbow classes. I always want it when fighting those classes. The only way to get it is to reduce frozen spike to 11 but I don't wanna sacrifice frozen spike just to fight those archers.
