@@isma1079 yes initially I used to do it as a morning routine just one set , along with one mile walking of Lucy , then i noticed my usual size clothing has becoming loose at the upper arm region , I was doing strict diet control as well , inspired from this change in over a month , I started doing tone upper arm and back excercise of susana yabar in the evening and this excercise in the morning or afternoon , And collar bone excercise just after getting up as a wake up routine , Triceps were getting toned and underarm fat folds were reduced I was doing it 6 days a week , I wasn't using any dumbbell , mostly one set , after a month increased it into two sets , when ever I get bored or after lunch free time I did the second set All this helped me very well So during this period it was all going well , there was significant noticeable changes and my cloth size also reduced from XL TO MEDIUM . I haven't measured it to say exactly how much I lost, But in between there was this one month break , due to some personal emotional reasons I couldn't stick to any of my work out , I wasn't working out and I started binge eating , now after one month of that imbalance , I am noticing those flabby folds are starting to appear , so yea this will reappear if we stop working out . Not immediately but eventually , so have to get back to action again . Am planning to continue this , atleast 5 days a week , along with other workouts of indoor walking , hip and ab excersises , Anaya , hope you find this helpful
I only did 5 mins as I did your new arm workout for 7 mins but did them with 1#'s so I was wiped out after several days of no youtube exercise, walking only throughout my day back and forth and prolonged standing. Thank you Lucy! ♥️🌸🦋🙏🏽🙋🏻♀️

Since the lockdown ive frozen my gym membership and signed up for Les Mills online as I love those classes. BUT being a BUSY mum of 4 young kids and discovering the AMAZING Lucy I do her quick fire workouts everyday ❤️😊❤️ I feel so so good & have been consistent for 2 weeks now. I pick a different video each day and LOVE her so so much!!! 🌼❤️🌼

This is exactly what I needed today after a day of no motivation! Perfect easy 10 minute workout and got my step count up too. Just finished a 7 day challenge now and lost 4lbs! I'm going to continue that and add this one in to my routine! :)

Lucy, I had another online trainer come into my news feed. People were commenting on the cost. I told them to get over to you. That there are loads of videos to choose from and they have loads of encouragement from you. Put in 100% and you will get results 😊🥀🌹
Ok gonna try. Already did day 1 and 2. Hope its going to help me, my arms are really big compared to the rest of my body. The workout is easy but make me sweaty, arms were not sore but felt heavy and tired.
Day 5 done. Do i see any changes? I dont think so. Im gonna do this more than for 7 days. Also my butt a bit sore. My advice do it right when it comes to squats, lunges and in your speed. Im still sweating doing this more than after standing abs.
Day 7 didnt do that. Busy day and was on a party. Day 8- done Gonna do this for 7 more days. I think i see a bit of a diffeeence, not sure but its never do easy with arms

@@aizaaa8088 her morning walking exercises, i have PCOS so did her 6 minutes workout for pcos and the 20 minutes toning work out in evening. Along with mild dieting, boycotted all artificial sugars!
3rd day! I’ve subscribed now loving your workouts Lucy. When not in lockdown my job takes me to lots of different countries. So nice to get some new workouts that target key areas that I can do in my hotel rooms too whilst jet lagged 🤣!! Bring on the results !
