@@LIVEONALBERTA I used to work that site in the 90's, and the volume of foot traffic could be overwhelming at times. I'm not a sociable person, and I always appreciated people who respected my privacy.
Thank you for commenting and watching this video😁 I spent 10 years on the BC coast before moving back to Alberta. I have made videos of lots of great hikes and many more to come.
First thing is some good footwear. Ensure you have at least 2 litres of water, and if it is really hot, 3 litres. Make sure you have clothing layers, as it can get really windy at the top. A hat and sunscreen. And some snacks or lunch for energy. Once you get into the ridge there will be no hiding from the sun. Have fun😁
Thank you for stopping at the sign and respecting the privacy of the lookout.
That's what everyone should do, but I know they don't😢 Thank you for watching and commenting.

People should just abide by the signage. I bet it was awesome working up there.
How long did you work up there.
@@LIVEONALBERTA Two seasons.
thank you for the awesome video. After 15 years on the coast of BC, I'm on my way back to Alberta. Making a list of hikes to tackle!

Awesome video
Thank you very much for watching and commenting. It was a great hike, except for going up the last kilometer back to my vehicle🤣🤣🤣
You're so right about going up on the way back on a hike. I feel so defeated when I'm gassed and still have to climb to get to the car.
You are 100% right🤣🤣🤣
Great video, this would be my first hike next week. What gears do you recommend as a begineer?
