I love how this home is set up, it’s perfect. I can always tell what kind of builder you have when you open the closets, if you see wire racks then leave, but when you see custom shelves and rods you know you’re in a well built home. The layout of this floor plan exceeds my every desire, so nice to see a bedroom in the front of the house and the office in the back, the tv room is perfect, wonderful sitting areas and I’m in love with the archways and the tunnel under the stairs. What a dream suite for the master and I love that the bath and closet are separated from the bedroom. Imagine the showroom is where the garage would be. I could take this place fully furnished as is, I just adore this house and I’m in Sherman right next door

I would never buy a house where there is a bedroom in the front part of the house overlooking the street. People are not discreet and respectful of privacy these days .. if the window is open and you are walking by you are going to look inside whether you realize it or not. Just the thought of having to close the drapes every time I have to dress or undress or have to go into the bathroom and close the door to change clothes is distasteful. Unless you have a child or ole' granny who is an exhibitionist, the placement of this bedroom does not make sense to me.
