Would be great to see the results in their final place of all those work pieces, for example the huge gears from that video years ago, how do it looks if they are where they're supposed to work or even during operation.
"You don't usually see welds this good on this channel." [Hanna gets super quiet] "At least if they're done by me." [Hanna giggles] Nice save, my dude. I am a big hoe for any kind of manufacturing videos (I can watch How It's Made for hours at a time), would absolutely love to see more of them.
I worked as a contractor at a metal roll forming company for about a year. They worked with much thinner metal most of the time. Some of their presses on the roll lines are much larger than that for punching thin little metal strips. The roll lines moved much faster. The presses were really fast. They slam hard and shake the floor every 2-5 seconds.
Love the way your channel has evolved, moving from mainly crushing random "cool" stuff to this more scientific, experimental and practical application kind of videos. It's definitely the way to go. You have teached me a lot about hydraulics. More of this please
I really enjoyed this video. I like watching industrial processes like this. Don't take this the wrong way but I enjoy watching beautiful women laughing and enjoying themselves too. I think Hanna adds a lot to this channel. I wish I could find a wife like her someday 🙏🏻
Please do more videos of this nature! I'm in manufacturing as a mechanical designer and machinist, so seeing methods of construction and the process/machines to do it is always of interest.
This kinda of video is really great. It would also be neat to see you guys show a tension testing machine. Basically a reverse press. Enjoy your vacation!
I think he's the perfect guy to promote Profi's stuff -- informative for those in the market and entertaining for us plebes. ...maybe placing a bit of harmless "extra content" randomly in the process might for a bit of fun as well. That corrugation needed a little decoration.
Many moons ago and miles behind, my school took us to The Ford Dagenham Works. The presses that amazed me, we're the ones churning out body parts for Mk.2 Cortinas.
Yes... Keep doing these manufacturing videos if possible. I can imagine its a lot of work.. ut will definitely get better at it the more often you do. 🙏🙏🙏
Wow! How thick is the metal they are bending? How are they able to line up the center punch with the hole? The system designs of automated manufacturing is always amazing to me. Great video my friends!
Women are just as "crude" as we men... They just tend to have a better filter! I'm glad Hanna's filter is way more relaxed! Admittedly, that *could* just be a cultural thing, which if so, _I'm moving to Finland!_ 🤣
@@Icureditwithmybrain Admittedly I've not heard the meme sound clip... But to me, that sounded exactly like Hanna, which she does chuckle at other points in the video. 🤷♂️
loved the manufacturing video I recently got my first job in a factory and love seeing our hydraulic press, would love to see more applications around the world
This is a very interesting presentation and I would enjoy seeing more like it. I especially would like to see the thinking process which goes into deciding how to design the feed and form for repetitive shapes like the beam here...someone has to very carefully consider how the stock comes in flat, then gets formed (notice it lifted and deformed quite a bit before the final forming was complete) and moved on...this part of the process is also fascinating to me since I was at a machining facility a long time ago, and they told me of one time, when they did not properly consider this, and give the metal a place to go during the forming, so the very first time the press came down on the sheetmetal it basically tore up the stock and there was a mini-explosion, necessitating a major redesign of the machine...they learned a hard lesson that day! Thanks and Cheers from Connecticut!
We are still on our european trip road trip so I am not going to spend too much time on the comments. Enjoy the video!
Safe travels for you and Hanna.
I call ur new friend "Bender'.
Do some more of this videos
I like this showcasing of manufacturing lines. Please do more :)
Probably should put it on the other channel since the view count after 6 hours is not the greatest...
I agree, really interesting to see!
Would be great to see the results in their final place of all those work pieces, for example the huge gears from that video years ago, how do it looks if they are where they're supposed to work or even during operation.

Nice save, my dude.
I am a big hoe for any kind of manufacturing videos (I can watch How It's Made for hours at a time), would absolutely love to see more of them.
Agreement, 10 million!
I love factory videos involving big machines.
I worked as a contractor at a metal roll forming company for about a year. They worked with much thinner metal most of the time. Some of their presses on the roll lines are much larger than that for punching thin little metal strips. The roll lines moved much faster. The presses were really fast. I love manufacturing videos. "How It's Made" was my jam.
Yes, please do more 'behind the scenes' of manufacturing like this!
Love the way your channel has evolved, moving from mainly crushing random "cool" stuff to this more scientific, experimental and practical application kind of videos. It's definitely the way to go. You have teached me a lot about hydraulics. More of this please
Super cool video. I’d definitely watch more of these.
Enjoy your vacation, and this was very interesting.

This kind of content is so cool! Please consider making more!
Yes !
I enjoy seeing factory processes.
Especially those in Scandinavia.
Great show. Yes, I like seeing how thing are made. The bigger the better
Very cool... More tours of anything machinery and more Pommi please.
Please do more videos of this nature! I'm in manufacturing as a mechanical designer and machinist, so seeing methods of construction and the process/machines to do it is always of interest.
It's pretty funny watching Hanna dancing with the guy at the end. This is a very interesting video Lauri.
Keep 'em coming. Greetings from DownUnder Melbourne.
Great video. Yes! More manufacturering presses! But don’t stop your normal videos too!👍🤘👊🙏❤️
This kinda of video is really great. It would also be neat to see you guys show a tension testing machine. Basically a reverse press.
Enjoy your vacation!
Thanks for sharing. I look forward to more factory tours.
Thanks for the tour. two thumbs up
"Manufacturing videos" a valuable video-genre on HPC, alongside with "dangerous crushing", "funny crushing", "Deep Sea Chamber", "important science", "worm/rock-maker" and others. Really interesting!
Manufacturing videos are cool, it's always interesting to see how things are made.
I suppose I'm prejudiced because I'm a mechanical engineer, so I definitely appreciate videos like this one.
Very nice! Reminds me of some Alec Steele videos where he visits manufacturing workshops in the UK, highly recommend if you liked this
Sheet metal? Holy sheet!
That ain't sheet anymore.
Yes on the manufacturing videos!
Loved to see their real use, very interesting.
Amazing to see a giant machine move a huge piece of metal with such precision.
Additional press videos, designed for other operations would be great!
I think he's the perfect guy to promote Profi's stuff -- informative for those in the market and entertaining for us plebes.
...maybe placing a bit of harmless "extra content" randomly in the process might for a bit of fun as well. That corrugation needed a little decoration.
Great new type of hydraulic press video. You are on a good path. Manufacture and destruction is here!
PROFI-PRESS 500 BILLION!!
Another awesome vid as usual!! 😎👍
Many moons ago and miles behind, my school took us to The Ford Dagenham Works. The presses that amazed me, we're the ones churning out body parts for Mk.2 Cortinas.
More Profi press videos!
I binge watch manufacturing videos, it's an actual thing. Pakistan has great, old school manufacturing.
Usually involving flip flops, scrap metal and sledgehammers!
This was a fun and interesting video. In my opinion. Keep 'em coming.
3:47 I caught that innuendo. 😂
Yes... Keep doing these manufacturing videos if possible. I can imagine its a lot of work.. ut will definitely get better at it the more often you do. 🙏🙏🙏
Yes, these videos are quite interesting, and I'd like to see more too!
Love the manufacturing videos, more please.
These manufacturing videos are so awesome 😀
Thank you for choosing the Netherlands ;-)
Wow! How thick is the metal they are bending? How are they able to line up the center punch with the hole? The system designs of automated manufacturing is always amazing to me. Great video my friends!
Amazing machine, please do more of these style videos.
Welcome in the Netherlands 🇳🇱
This was so fascinating and I want to see an entire series like this!
Yes, these videos are awesome ❤
"Profi" (Welch): "Professional" YES!
This is a cool video. If you get the chance, do more like this.
I enjoy these industrial type videos! Good to see what these kind of presses can do.
Lauri: The longer it is, the harder it is to keep it staying up.
Hanna: heh heh
😆
Women are just as "crude" as we men...
They just tend to have a better filter!
I'm glad Hanna's filter is way more relaxed! Admittedly, that *could* just be a cultural thing, which if so, _I'm moving to Finland!_ 🤣
the sound of the he he was a meme
@@Icureditwithmybrain Admittedly I've not heard the meme sound clip... But to me, that sounded exactly like Hanna, which she does chuckle at other points in the video. 🤷♂️
I was wondering if anyone else heard that 😂
The Light and smoke through the holes looked so good 😊
This was really cool; I would love to see more of these, personally. :) Thanks a bunch for putting this together for us!
Yes I like manufacturing videos!
loved the manufacturing video
I recently got my first job in a factory and love seeing our hydraulic press, would love to see more applications around the world
It would be interesting to see the process through a FLIR camera.
love the manufacturing as well as your other content, great work mate
We use hydraulic and servo presses where I work. The hydraulic ones are much simpler but the servo models are quiet and very precise
That’s how they make the pizza crust in the cafeteria
With the plywood factory next door...
Very nice. Please do more similar videos. 👍🏻
Welcome to Hydraulic Press Channel, we expanded the workshop a bit... 🙂
Aqesome video, amazing process. More more
Factory visits are great
Very interesting, thank you.
Oh good we should have more production over here 🙂 (Netherlands)
I love these kind of videos! More please!
This is really cool - love the manufacturing info
Would be really interesting to see more press applications in production.
Thank you! Yes, I find this type of video (where things are made) very interesting.

Amazing
Greetings from Norway ❤
That’s pretty cool beam
This was really good, I'd love to see more stuff like this
Please do a video of a profi press application in a stamping plant that manufactures automotive body panels using draw dies.
More manufacturing videos! Yay! 😊
Excellent video. More like this, please.
Love these manufacturing vids!
Great video 👍🏻
I like the real-world examples.
Love this vido as a supplement to your usual content.
What is the preferred press for crushing a terminator?
Really like the manufacturing videos.
Very Cool!👍🏻
This is so cool!!

Love manufacturing videos !
That weld at 8.30 was shocking 😂😂 the rest of the manufacturers processes were top class.
I always love watching until she starts talking. We had a good run on this one
Very interesting video. A little disappointed you didn't include a shot of one of these being installed on a site. Do more of these.
Dreely goo. Keep em coming!
Thank you for the education, professor 👍 imagine the strength of that product
Very Interesting
It would be nice to see the smaller presses integrated in different types of production lines
Interesting. Never seen a sigma beam but it definitely overcomes the torsional weakness seen in Ibeams.
I wonder what the largest press in the world is? No i don't want to Google it . I just want the question to hang in the air unanswered!
Fascinating !
Veri intresting.
