Dave, there used to be a ticket booth in front of the entrance, it was a large, round booth that had the same yellow ceramic finish as the theater with chrome trimmings. It was really cool and I always wondered what happened to it, some friends told me it was bought by someone in the area and is stored away - too bad they can't bring it back for Blobfest each year.
I watched The Blob movie after seeing your enthusiasm in this video, loved it! I passed through Main St & Lewis Road in RoFo 1000 times ha ha and I didnt know that Hollywood chose this town for a sci-fi classic. I do plan to see that doctor's house in Phoenixville soon. Your content is amazing, I watched several videos on TV screen, getting kind of addicted ha ha. Your storytelling is the best, you see things that most of us dont. Keep sharing!!
