This guy is very honest and trust me you won't regret talking to him if you are serious about buying a massage chair. He is very helpful and won't pressure you into buying anything. Was pleasntly surprised.
What Osaki has a memory function where you can create a profile so you don't have to go through the scan feature every single time you start the chair. It will remember the person and their body fit and preferences... this is VERY important to us consumers and an oversight by the manufacturers big time.
@@TheWellnessDoc Thank you very much for taking the time to shoot that video. I think every single Osaki needs that feature. Do you know if the AI Vivo 4D has the memory profile option as well?
Reached out to Eric via email about the chair and received an immediate response. In addition, I received a call after the sale which was above and beyond and an extraordinarily nice personal touch. Thank you again and we can’t wait to enjoy our new chair. Respectfully, JFH
I’m definitely in the market for a massage chair- I spend $4-500 per month- every month- for massage therapy sessions and I can easily justify the purchase of a really good chair. My worry is that all these chairs have so many mechanical components and electronic sensors and such that they are likely to have problems down the road in fact it’s inevitable- just like a car. Do any of the companies offer lifetime warranty or an “extended warranty” kinda like a car?
Yes, most have 5 year warranties included or as an upgrade to a basic 3 year warranty. Surprisingly the motors, sensors, and rollers hold up real well on these chairs. Usually if something goes wrong its in the first couple of weeks due to manufacturing issue or something happens during the shipping process.
@@samirahman955 you have a ton of options at that price point. You just need to figure out which one is best for you. I can help if you book a call here calendly.com/thewellnessdoc/massage-chair-chat
Both great chairs! Once you get into this category of chairs (Maestro 2.0, Highpoint, Vivo, X-rest, Master, Duo Max, Econ), it really comes down to what extra features you want in the chair and what your needs are. It's kinda like saying what place has the best burger or pizza, there comes a tier that the burger is so good, it comes down to personal preference. If you want to know which one I would recommend for you, then schedule a "chair chat" with. me here and I can help you out. calendly.com/thewellnessdoc/massage-chair-chat
@@adamcohen81 I wouldn't say soft massage. It's subjective, but there is a reason why the Master comes with an additional comfort pad for the mid back area. Some people must think it massages too firm. I agree with you the DuoMax is amazing.
dude there isn't even a whole 5 seconds of shoulder action to do a great clip, almost at 0:33 but it's like half a second too short. But thanks for the video
Sorry you didn't like this video. This was when I first discovered the Master massage chair. It's now my personal chair so I would be happy to do a full video of it massaging my shoulders. It might be a tad boring, but happy to put that out in the next couple of weeks for you. Thanks for watching!
I don't think so, but they would never let me come to their showroom so I can't say for sure. Looking at their marketing and following them for over a year now, it seems like they are selling the sizzle more than anything.

Osaki DuoMax and a few others offer this. Click on this link, I recorded a video to show you how. th-cam.com/users/shortsec51M9Lay3c?feature=shared

Wow. This comment made my week! Thank you so much!
Where to go to try that before i buy?
I don't know where you live, so hard to say. You can always fly or drive to Michigan and check it out at my store :)
How do I get a hold of you ? I would like to possibly buy one.
Do you have to do zero gravity or can you sit up and get massage?
You can sit up and have it massage you. Everything can be customized with this chair.

Duomax gives a much firmer massage. The Op-4D master gives a soft massage.

For the prices of these, you could just get a mail order bride to do it.
😂 what is their return policy though?
I hope the hands on shoulders gets back from lunch before your next video.
What dos that mean? lol

I thought Medical Breakthrough was the best
