Very true... TSD is way more user frendly..
In TSD i didn't find base shear value in the report. So, where is the calculation for base shear is done both for static and dynamic analysis
in TSD , we are unable to do complicated models (slabs)

You can design same building in both software, i think etab results are more accurate and give economical design and for drawing generation it can easily transfer in staad RCDC software.

None, knowledge about practical use of software matters most, software is just a tool to make our work easier and in less time.
Having said that, the scope of Engineers skilled in Tekla has been on the rise

@arif pasha I know how to use both very well and to me etabs is far better compaired to Tekla. For detailing part, Tekla is better

SAP2000 is a superipor software .... better than both Tekla and TSD
Tekla is good for steel ..
E-tabs is for rcc..it design in finite element method
Even TEKLA has Finite Element Method.

Wrong, is the Tekla Structures you are talking about. But there is another program for analysis and design. It is Tekla Structural Design Suite

When I compare the results between ETABS and TSD, the axial force on the columns are the same, the problem is with the moment.
Even while using the exact same stiffness modification factors, still there is a difference between the two in moment values on the beams.
I’m using 0.7 for columns, 0.35 for beams,
which one bigger ? in other channel has explain this topic, csi software (etabs and sap2000) has bigger moment than oher software (dlubal, graitec, etc).
