Poly Songbook: Tali Maia - Jordan Tavita

The Voice Australia 2022 finalist Jordan Tavita comes through to perform his beautiful rendition of the classic Samoan ballad 'Tali Maia'
The english language version of the song was a Nat King Cole original that was translated to Samoan by the late George Tofaeono Williams.
He had heard his cousins Fau and Valley Patu from the Tapuotaota trio sing it in their high school days.
The Samoan version of the song 'Tali maia oe lo'u au' was originally popularised and recorded by Muliaga Mamaia and his band ... The Golden Ali'is.
