I live in waihi beach, sick to see this video in our backyard!! you had a mean yarn with my dad at the boat show about fishing off the rocks at bowentown when you were young 👌 cool dude
I recommend practicing a few times out of the water to make sure you're pushing air into the right space and then start off with some nice shallow dives to loosen everything up. If it hurts bail out of the dive. If problems persist I'd go see a gp and get a professional to have a look. Goodluck mate
